A DFS would need to include proof that investors in the project would get a return on their investment and what that ROI is estimated to be... I believe Tanzania will need to be ring fenced from the US . simples anyone partners/investors /offtakers etc in tanzy will be investing into there, not into the US. similarly those investing directly into other H1 projects will not be exposed to the risks of tanzy . you do that by issuing an SPV . only dilution now relating to tanzy ( except gen operating costs) will be H1 direct investment into the SPV which will be just some of the funds. IF that's even part of the structure. if this is the case it will be after the complete investment strategy has been finalised which in itself will send H1 into the development phase.. That's why the whole shabbang relies solely on the tanzy govt and authorities and whether they believe it's good to sign off. there will be factors such as who else is involved (funding) but no one else just them.. to even consider the ML is already factored in to the current SP is delusional

If it comes and with it the opportunity to progress as planned the SP will IMVHO rise significantly, 2p, 3p perhaps. There's a lot of folks watching this . lots !

As much as all things seem to point to this being approved this is dependant on a Govt/agencies and therefore NOT a given and therefore NOT factored into any current SP . Africa or anywhere else for that matter
