Completely agree Blubay and you can bet your life there is elements that may need some negotiation or verification that the terms work for any potential partners/offtakes/funders etc. any comments of offers from elsewhere are odd imvho . The govt can't simply offer our licences to someone else that's absurd to say the least (imvho) if that were the case the whole process of all licencing would be obsolete and pointless and no one would ever go there
