Understood, we only know the next price IF they convert though, otherwise it's just hearsay... I would imagine there is communication between the parties and no one wants the SP to decline any further . they don't care if they convert at 0.3 or 1p if they spin them except for the fact they may hold onto shares at a lower price.. which is the biggest issue imvho. same as MM's dont care whether the price is 1p or a £10

Could be a misleading ' each at different prices (reducing with each tranche)' a caveat might just be that further tranches may be a far higher prices than where we are now. much higher . just for balance !
