Rumours on the ADFVN BB is that the company has had a bid of 39p been offered.

One of those is negative, so looks like a cancelled transaction

Unfortunately the data centre has been affected by the current weather and as such they've had an outage that's caused both issues for Level 2 and a number of their websites to go fully down. We've been told a fix is almost in place and it should be resolved as soon as possible.

Could sell now at a profit, but hoping it will finish 40p +. Seem to hit a wall and pulled back at19p. Can we try to have another attack on 19p before the close.

I think you mean 30p or 40p, as 3p will not happen.
