It might seem at times that there isn’t much going on at scancell ... I think we can safely say that actually there is plenty going on pretty much all the time ! Since Scancell only had scib1 phase 1 data in nine patients and the newly Discovered Moditope platform and traders drove the value of scancell up beyond £100M ... now do a simple exercise and list scancells IP now ... ?

I think everyone can see there is great potential for upside for this share .. forgotten by the market ? Perhaps ...

For me I think it’s not so much about scancell making an awful lot out of Covidity .. it’s more the validation of the immunobody platform and the wider acknowledgment of the work of Prof Lindy Durrant and her amazing team ... what could the rest of scancell’s IP be worth .... that’s why I’ve been here for a few years and why I continue to build and hold ..

Looks like if you can successfully target the S protein .. it might not be much use in future outbreaks ??

Inanaco / Berm .. I came across this paper looking at the Spike (S) protein in coronaviruses ..

My understanding is that there is a structural change between viruses and their S protein ... which again in my understanding is why scancell are targeting the N protein which is fairly constant between viruses to date (And future???)...?

The protection against re infection is very good news and I think was always likely due to how incredibly clever our immune systems are when they are functioning correctly .
