A very positive week and my portfolio is quite suddenly looking extremely healthy !

I think the new energised focus on vaccines in general mainly brought about by the current situation has an unusual feelOn my god for me ... whilst nobody saw CV-19 coming a year ago it has strangely breathed new life into scancell. I think we would all prefer a world without coronavirus and many will have known a victim or two ... however, it is great to now not only be following a cancer treatment developer but also an antiviral developer too ! Not what I had envisaged a few months ago ...

Not going to make any predictions on share price ... I just hope scancell is successful ... to any degree!

Covidity is not targeting the Spike protein itself .. but the key receptor-binding domain of the spike (S) protein.

I’m not sure if the binding domain also has more stability between each coronavirus than the spike protein itself but thought it an interesting detail ??

Feel free to correct or fill in the gaps anyone !

This explains it nicely and its now being agreed with among other industry scientists ..

WTP .. sorry I must have missed it the first time round .. thanks for posting and thanks CC for repeating .. I am guilty of missing a few pages now and again due in combination to being fairly busy this end and knowing that when a few posters are prominent there will actually be very little worth reading ..

So .. the ‘teams’ conspiracy theory works both ways !?

Anyway .. scancells approach of targeting the S and the N proteins is being supported independently from other quarters of the industry !! Good stuff .. but I guess some are less interested in Scancell than others ??

Great news this morning .. as this has been earmarked for through to phase 1 completion I wonder (if successful) if there could be a larger pot available to assist with later stage trials ?? We know these will need to be extensive but surely the body that grants this initial funding is aware of this too. ?
