The work being done to deliver Covidity could well have a bearing on the cancer vaccines too ... with electroporation despite having the required immune response , with avidimab in the immunobody equation it could well be that scib2, 3 etc etc could well be delivered by nasal spray, patch or intradermal injection ??? I don’t know in reality, these questions will be answered one day soon though I guess ??

Emphasised that the drive for better vaccine technology is on going to try and overcome problems such as cold chain storage and better delivery methods such as nasal or patch delivery ! Interesting .. also discussed the mutations and solutions to this is also being looked at whether it be a redesign each year or something else ... a lot of ‘unknowns’ at present !

It’s becoming clear that to develop a long term solution to Coronavirus it’s going to take more than a vaccine that targets the ‘current’ spike protein . If we look at the yearly flu vaccines that are re-developed each year to take account of its annual mutations, however, with CV’s mutation rate seemingly much more fluid, there is a much bigger challenge to get them developed quickly enough. This makes the drive to develop vaccines against more ‘stable’ parts of the virus not desirable, but essential !

All in my opinion only though of course !

I think when we discussed immunotherapy several years ago and when searching on the subject one would only find a handful of links ... the subject firmly forms part of everyday news now .. It’s been fascinating watching the developments over this period and I’m excited for the prospects of scancells science !! I guess that puts me firmly in ‘the cosy club’ .. and when I look at my portfolio, that just adds an extra glow which is seeming absent in team damp at the mo !?

Amazing market reaction to Pfizer’s vaccine .. considering Covidity was never in a race with these first generation vaccines anyway! Them only being CV19 specific too !

Imagine if immunobody vaccines had to be kept at sub -70 with a stability in the fridge of around 5 days !!

Nope, a 6 year shelf life, easily stored vaccine clearly not what the market demands at the moment !

A buying opportunity? Or time to panic sell ?? Hmmm that is a personal decision I guess I won’t offer any advice !
