Nice to see someone with his cv taking a sizeable share of Gfinity. Everything is looking good for growth here and I am pleased I will benefit if it all goes to plan. If Farzad believes in this company and its products then I am even more confident to do so to.

News is getting nearer by the day.

I’ve bought a few more today to average down a bit. Large spread was hardly enticing though. I agree next news will move this up. Expecting profitability and some exciting updates on connected IQ. Hopefully shocking the market on how far advanced we are in its role out (in a good way).

I understand now, I made a mistake missing the vital detail of the issue price of the shares.

I’d argue they are spending the money incredibly well which is going to add huge value in time. More and more people will be looking to invest (not trade ) in this company and so your time to buy cheap shares is dwindling . Capiche

So with those large trades possibly an agreed transferring of shares from one seller to one buyer ? Surely not both sells . Very little price movement based on those trades and with the announcement today seems strange to me.

Not sure what to make of today. I’m just holding through thick and thin so I’m not overly concerned and I have kept some powder dry if there is a placing and the share price falls from here. I am not convinced they will raise from this position but if they do hopefully it’s for a big reason (not to keep the lights on). Hopefully some Tr1s will help join the dots. To me nothing has changed and I am still very optimistic that being in at this level will be very rewarding.

Hi Muck165, thank you for sharing your research and thoughts. Your reasoning and connecting possible dots is interesting and very plausible in my opinion. It’s a very intriguing and exciting time to see what Halley has up his sleeve, and to see just how far along the business plan is.

I agree , obviously a risk and could turn to dust but at this stage of the proceedings it makes for a very good risk reward ratio in my opinion.

I have been burned often on aim. I’ve made the same mistakes over and over again. I am completely changing my strategy. It’s very simple, I won’t be trying to trade again and I will hold shares in companies I truly believe in. I have bought in recently , probably on a spike but I will hold unless the directors sell. I like the fact board members (and probably their friends ) are aligned with shareholders.

I really like the story unfolding in here and believe it’s got a good chance of building into something quite big. Im backing the people in charge to help themselves and in so doing me also. I don’t believe this is a lifestyle company like so many others.

I hold just over 10m shares and if this drops back again I will add significantly again.

Agreed, surely something happening behind the scenes which is positive. I have re bought a very small amount just incase we can rise from the ashes. It would make a lovely change to own shares in this company on the day good news is announced. It would take a miracle to even get a fraction back of what I’ve lost here but I’m willing at this stage to lose a little more just to have that glimmer. I wish all holders luck particularly anyone who has been decimated investing in this awfully run company .

Well done RBM and all those supporting the action group. I wish you all well in your efforts and it sounds like lots has been happening behind the scenes. I keep an eye on this company which has badly scarred me and just hope those responsible for the disgraceful treatment of ordinary hard-working shareholders are brought to justice. It’s refreshing to see people stand up against those abusing power and privileges.

I am sorry for the concern caused.

The company's admission to the AIM was cancelled on 12 Feb, so they were delisted at that point. It is fairly common for a company in liquidation to delist before an initial liquidation payment date has been set.

As mentioned in our message, we expect for there to be a payment to shareholders however when and how much this will be has not been released yet. This is also quite common. Unfortunately these processes take time, however we will release this money to shareholders once we receive it.

Hope everyone is making up losses accrued here and there seems a slim chance that we may receive something back.

I wasn’t expecting much but for once it would have been nice to have not have been lied to. I voted against all resolutions so part of me feels satisfied that I didn’t fall for it.

What is happening?

The board of Safestyle UK plc has announced details of a proposal to liquidate the company and return cash to shareholders. The company will appoint a liquidator subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on 10 January 2024.

Hi Gordon thanks for the empathy regarding copl, well done on getting out hopefully without a loss. I actually sold some copl shares to get into here thinking we might see a bounce just prior to suspension. I bought at 0.45 . I have no idea as to the amount we might recover back.
