sadly I think eco rns doesn't have any positive impact on us, as we are still under time pressure to make a deal, which is still a huge disadvantage (even if the "best" worst outcome would "only" be further dilution to extend EL)

if I'm missing anything that would reassure that we will not need further funding/capital (e.g extend EL) pls enlight me Jonese as you do your research yourself I suppose
