I mentioned JD Sports but literally as a hunch. Absolutely zero evidence for it but it seems like a good fit, a major shop that primarily has a young customer base who are far more likely to hold crypto and adapt to using crypto in the future.

If only there was a company that could capitalise on the BTC volatility....someone like MODE. A shameful cross-ramp for which I can only apologise! Think I would buy in at 140 but I don't expect it to drop that low unless BTC has a nasty trick up its sleeve! Good luck all here in ARB (except the de-rampers).

Cheers for that well thought out and structured argument as to why I should sell. As soon as the markets open Monday I am going to drop all my shares in Mode. Alternatively, I may completely ignore your advice and add further.

There was a debate at the time whether he said FTSE One Hundred or FTSE Hundred companies. I heard him say FTSE Hundred. Happy to have misheard though!

This is crazy. Imagine in a couple of weeks when they release the names of the launch partners, even if just one household name comes up we will be crying that we didn't buy more. This is a massive opportunity. There is no way MODE should be valued this low. Everything coming out of this company is positive, sure we don't know the numbers, and yes it probably was a low base but if MODE continues to double its numbers every 2 months the end result by year end will be huge. When a solid info is released (in the form of a hard user number figure) then the markets will be able to work out the true value of this company and it should rocket.

I have no idea why but for the last couple of weeks I have had a hunch that one of the retailers will be JD. No evidence at all for this but it just seems right.
What merchants would you like to see and what are you expecting to see?

Been waiting for that!!!! And continuing the good news we are up to 15 in the Google Play charts. A new high for MODE!!!

I just don't understand who is selling this?

1) Are they actually taking any profit from it?!
2) An update is due any time now (I expect), which should show massive growth in user numbers. When this is released the SP could rise significantly.

Don't want to ramp the RNS, last time the RNS was dropped it felt underwhelming and I think the SP actually dropped? This RNS, whenever it comes, needs to provide solid figures not just % increase.

Some fairly hefty delayed trades coming through from yesterday.... Let's see what else comes through.....

Just added more. The SuperApp and an update on numbers will be released soon (maybe together) and the SP will rocket. The App has fallen down the charts in the last few days but spending a couple of days in the top 20 must equate to a few thousand downloads.

I am now confident in the MODE for business plan. Just asked the lady of a local cafe about transaction fees and the benefits of open banking using MODE. She seemed very interested with lots of questions. The demand is certainly there. She is going to look into it after work.

Plus I'd love a free bacon and sausage roll every once in a while!

An Easter miracle...we have cracked the top 20.... 19 now! Above the likes of Nationwide, Natwest, Santander and HMRC!

Here is your morning chart update.... the promotion appears to be working.... up to 22 now. A lot of the major banks and crypto platforms are ahead of us now so not sure we'll make much more significant progress.... however you must walk before you can run.

Back into the top 30 at 28.... let's see what the promotion does for the ranking.

A small dip down to 33 but that is still ahead of the likes of HL, MoneySuperMarket, WU and TSB.

Here is your morning update.... MODE is now at 27 in the Google Play finance chart. This position is far exceeding where I thought we would be.

And latest update says that there have been 10,000+ downloads on the play store. I think it went to 5000+ about three weeks ago if anyone can remember?
