I'm happy to be corrected but I would like to see a link to this Sharebel. As far as I am aware the licence is in MODE's name and can't be used by any other company. Even if it could, it would still only be able to operate under the same jurisdiction as issued to MODE, it can't be adapted to suit any old business.

There is evidence that the brand is growing, stores are looking busier and I am starting to see more people wear clothing from Superdry but that elusive profit is proving difficult to get. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if we saw a 10% drop today however I'll be adding if it does. Long term the picture is looking better it just might take a while to get there. I was a strong believer in the MODE project. I invested probably a bit too much in the company and have lost significantly here. The execution of this project has been an absolute disgrace from start to finish. Rowland and Co could not have run this company any worse. The continuous pump and dump for this share have finished it off. It's been the same for a long time. A lack of progress, a lack of urgency and a real lack of results. Some people will be gloating on here but let's not forget a lot of people have lost a lot of money, people like myself, who supported this project and have been royally ******. I will learn from this but this will hurt for a while.
