"... I now want ....and need.. a return on my investment, no more NDAs, collaborations or pushing against open doors. The time has finally arrived , with the backing of Redmile / Vulps to monetize the research and get these products into trial."
Outstanding post violindog, 100% echo with the sentiments there. As do many other it seems. Us long suffereing LTH's are (long) overdue some reward IMO. We've been patient in the extreme...IMO.
I do think we are going to see pivotal news sooner rather than later now, however, personally speaking, (some other LTH don't seem to like this idea(?)), but I would be quite happy if a Roche/Sanofi/Takeda or preferably BionTech just came out and bought the whole outfit for say £1b/1.5b tomorrow (pref. 5 years ago in fact), even though it is potentially it may be worth a lot more, just so I/we can finally move on. Whilst i can see Scancell wanting to segment/rationalise their portfolio, personally I would rather a quick clean fast deal. I do wonder if Redmile are thinking along the same lines?
But with Scancell's current (full) pipeline, it must a very attractive target for several of the big pharma with holes in their portfolio?
