Slightly off topic but this point cannot be emphasised enough. The significance of this should not be underplayed IMO.

I am particularly interested in having just some shareholder value realised before I die of old age. Not really bothered about maximized at this stage anymore.

So they are the European subsidiary of a large American broker then?

And re Modi trial:

So the only difference is looking to do the trials anywhere rather than specifically in the UK?

So maybe a potential suitor wants to work with Stifel only or it's to do with this location change RE Modi trial?
