And would it be fair to say both articles seem to be instigated by Scancell themselves?

...just sounding this out as not given it any proper thought, but we know BionTech have proper financial clout now (I think they recently made their first acquisition?), we know they have a long standing relationship with Scancell/Professor Durrant, they also have the Redmile connection. Basically a lot of synergy. So why wouldn't BionTech want to partner with Scancell? Whilst I get the mRNA technology is their area, maybe they could see the DNA approach as complementary? I.e. the BionTech booster/second generation vaccine could be (Scancells) DNA vaccine.

I just feel IMO that if Professor Durrant wanted to partner with anyone it would be with BionTech.

Also what a meeting of minds that partnership would be!

If partnering news for Covidity comes soon as we think it could (and that seems more than possible judging by other similar bio scenarios) then 34p could be a conservative price by 4 weeks time IMO.

Also I think this proves that these Vulpes buys aren't classed as insider buying seeing as the Covid trial news dropped the following day? (Although I think this was confirmed before on here)

Same, it seems to be a certain block size, i.e. can be tiny amount or huge amount, but not in-between.

That's a point RE Zakari, Cliff Holloway is no longer CEO of Scancell but is this to allow him to become CEO of Zakari in the near future?

...have left such glowing send off messgae if he was "asked" to leave? Genuine question, is there some contractual niceites that mean wehn a director leaves they have to leave a suitaible message for the RNS regardless?

Didn't we have a poster on here who is/was also a Redx investor? How did things play out there with Redmile at the helm? Different set-up to SCLP admittedly but wondering if Redmile did something similar there?

Thanks Bermuda, I got the gist from the article but your extra context definitely helped. What I don't understand is that was someone on the scientific team doing this before even though it was not their primary role? Or were they not trying to meet CMC requirements up until now? If so, I guess there is a very specific requirement now for CMC, covidity perhaps?

But it is impressive is Scancell seem to be recruiting for very specific roles now. As crumbs says Scancell are no baby bio anymore.

Dracula makes a good point, the wage bill must be eye watering now. But on the same token, there must be huge confidence going forward (and a current requirement) to take on so many more new staff.

P.s. Can someone expand on CMC Regulatory please, not that familiar with it. And it's context with regards to that recent appointment.
