His sells between 17-19 Feb, Vox Market presentation announced on 22nd...mmm. Timing for me is too much to be a coincidence.

But...this afternoons rise may have had something to do with the Budget tomorrow instead? An announcement of government funding to tie with the official government annoucement at the actual budget RE the additional £33(?)million?

Just IMO, we are all in Scancell to make a return on our investments, although I understand for some it's a bit deeper than that. However primarily, its about making a profit I assume.

We all have our own criteria for selecting a share, we have our strategy for trading a share etc.
In Scancell's case a lot of people use the science as the primary reason, for others it's the busines side (investors/BOD), for others it's the technical etc.

My point I think it's a good thing to have these different views from different angles. So IMO we shouldn't criticise of someone sees things differently or if someone has completely different reasons for investing, and the end of the day, the more investors in Scancell the better right?

But basically, IMO we should just agree to disagree, and let the healthy debate continue.

What could the possible reasons for that be roses?

Ok full disclosure, still not had a chance to watch it yet, and this topic has already been covered so apologies, but i'm still intrigued/concered about it's purpose. A couple of points:

1) Very technical presentation - if so, who was it aimed at? Would it have washed over the heads of normal retail investors?
2) Vulpes/Diggles selling - relatively small amounts, those with more experience suggesting this could have been to actually help liquidity?
3) Very short notice - compared to normal/proactive ones?
4) Was almost a given SP was going to drop following it as nothing new to say/no accompanying RNS.
5) What happened with the proactive presentations/agreement?

With my tin foil hat firmly in place, i keep thinking it was to help point 2?*

Whilst the source and authenticity of the article is still up for debate, I'm still 50/50 btw, I don't believe chillpill seems that kind of poster IMO.

Badly written or not, it reiterates what I've been saying that Scancell and the two Notts universities did not get all the money the asked for, it seems? If so why didn't they?

Not criticising miavoce here, i can see chillpill on A D V F N posted it, question is, where did he get it from?
Hopefully it is genuine, but...even as fully paid up member of team ramp, blatant and possibly false ramping needs to be avoided as much as de-ramping/making stuff up to talk a share down. They are as bad as each other IMO.

P.s. Nothing seems to come back if you google the first line "There has been significant excitement in both the media and the scientific community over the new approach from Scancell on targeting the Covid virus"

His sells "may" have been well timed it seems? Almost uncanny no? He certainly would have had a good jist of todays non presentation you'd think? I wonder if he'll be buying back in if it dips enough? Mmmm.

I assume you mean this presentation was mainly meant for big pharma? If so, I'm kinda seeing you point of view, slowly but surely, in my line of work we often have virtual presentations/sales pitches where someone is trying to sell their wares, and especially in Covid lockdown times, one single polished(?) presentation to multiple potential suitors would make sense, i guess.

Did not see it myself but it sounds like five steps forward with all that incredible publicity a few weeks back and 2 steps back thanks to Cliff Holloway...again!??

Although there seems to quite noticable differing of opnions which is interesting, guess everything is open to interpretation.

Esp RE urgency with Covidity. But as obiwan says, what was the point of having this, and why the timing of it?
For new private investors? Really, why can't they just do their own research? I'm not sure lowly PI's will make much difference any more? Or as a couple of posters have said, was this aimed at potential partners/pharma? If so wouldn't there be dialogue already with them?

Whilst some will disagree as it is short-termisn, IMO communication is only good if it helps the SP and actually attracts new investors, it seems in classic Cliff Holloway style it didn't do either?

I personally won't be able to watch it so would greatly appreciate any updates.
