Hi TF, I think your point "this would turn the Pharma world upsidedown in many ways" is absolutely key, big pharma IMO is all about the r&d and the subsequent patents. Thats how they make the big bucks.

Whilst America has arguably the biggest clout, it still depends on everyone agreeing right? I personally can't see big pharma/all countries accepting it IMO.

And I guess it doesn't stop Scancell from continuing as they are for now IMO.

...and over on AdVFN, it seems the SP today is being affected by this patent/IP waiver news perhaps? Moderna/pfzier/biontech share prices all took a hit yesterday.

IMO I can't see all countries agreeing to this, Inanaco is saying all 164 countries have to agree, and the pushback from big pharma will obviously be very strong. Many countries would not want it's pharmas to share valuable patents.

For once perhaps Scancell are lucky they are second generation and are yet to even start trials.

I did say the Thursday trading pattern looked like a bear trap ;) Zak Mir often mentions it on other shares, and it seems to imply(?) that maybe MM's trying to scare the weaker holders into selling into an unusually sharp dip (correct me if I'm wrong there, I may be talking rubbish). Incidentally crispy pork crackin was trying his best to encourage sells on thursday too, an MM perhaps? Either way I'm pretty sure he knew it was a bear trap too and he wanted to maximise his 10% in and out day trade...all IMO.

P.s. last time we had a similar chart was Feb 3rd...not long after that we had the spike to 28p. Tuesday cannot come quickly enough!

Thanks Roses and Chester, that was the exact same question I wanted to ask. I was wondering if this could delay any announcements but in fact sounds like good news all round!

My "prediction" ...I'm expecting an out of hours one at 11.59pm exactly tonight, because, well why not? Not sure why a bank holiday or if CH has been away should have any meaningful impact? News should come out when it is ready IMO.

(P.s. @ivy - how do you know CH has been away?)
