Baron Oil (AIM: BOIL) regrets to announce that well 11/24b-4, on the Wick prospect, has not been successful. Drilling operations have been completed and the well will now be plugged and abandoned, without testing, before the ENSCO-72 drilling rig moves to the English Channel to drill the Colter well.

Positive figs yet again, should see positive movement

Looks like yellow cake production improved during Nov, so promising figs.

Results are flying in with good figures again, should see positive movement

Following record results in 2018, the Board is confident in the Company's ability to deliver another year of profitable growth in 2019. The underlying market conditions in our North American and European markets remain buoyant, and the Board sees meaningful growth opportunities in China and our other territories, alongside growth opportunities from new products.

Good year figs, and second half really good, should see positive movement

The Company announces that adjusted EBITDA1 for the year ended 31 December 2018 is expected to be comfortably ahead of market expectations which had been upgraded during the period. In addition, cash generation in the second half has been very strong with net cash at the end of the year of £9.4m (31 December 2017: £7.0m net cash), which is after a £3.1m investment in Renalytix AI PLC and share buybacks of almost £0.9m.

UKOG subsidiary company and the operator of the Horse Hill oil field, has informed the Company that sustained production continues to be maintained from the HH-1 extended well test ("EWT") programme, achieving a gross aggregate total of over 25,000 barrels ("bbl") to date, a significant production milestone. Of the aggregate total, over 21,000 bbl has been produced to date from the Kimmeridge Limestone ("KL") oil pool, more than doubling November's reported Kimmeridge production total. No formation water has been returned to surface during the entire EWT. Dry oil and solution gas production continues from HH-1.

Looks like substantial increases on previous year, positive figs for sure

Total turnover for the year was £45.6m, an increase of approximately 22% on the prior year, which was a 53 week trading period. Like for like sales were up by 1.6%. The majority of the like for like growth in 2018 was volume driven as price increases were only implemented at the end of 2018. The Group will receive the benefit of these price increases during the course of 2019.

Well I am not sure whether these figs are already built in, but impressive

Following on from the Group's strong trading in the first half of 2018, trading in the second half has continued at a similar pace. The Group expects to report that total revenue increased approximately 20% to £10.9m, on a constant currency basis. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in-line with expectations while cash as at 31 December 2018 was substantially better than expected at £2.5m, compared to £2.4m at 30 June 2018.
