buying and selling is often moving shares between pots, I've done it on occasion. May not be pots that allow direct transfer of shares or family. So not necessarily somebody in to take a quick loss. The transaction fee/spread is then just a function of the move and you accept it. One shouldn't read too much into the direction - i.e. did the sell happen before the buy. Many people have cash in different places and can afford to buy first, sell later. I bought a small amount too yesterday at around Bwana's price hoping to hold at least until financing. GLA

One things for sure - easier to build infrastructure for a plug socket than a huge underground container with access to a 30t diesel tanker.......it will come. More of them and they won't have to be at 'petrol' stations!

ng the way I look at it is, how many cars are at present refueled at home? In the future that will be closer to 100%. Also, Britain will lag, sadly, we're a small densely populated island and necessarily everything takes longer to build here....I get that that will be harder on streets with terraced housing etc.etc.

I'll add though, like you, I find lack of news a positive at the moment and the cancelled interviews etc. Means the business is happening, albeit behind closed doors....

I think it is fair to say, news is now expected, therefore news won't be a surprise. I would add though that that applies to Araguaia Stage 1 financing - that is the expected news.

What we've speculated for a while is 'will there be more'. Not impossible. Araguaia stage 1 financing announced would be a rerating event but anything with Vermelho or a JV announced at the same time would surely doubly so. I would happily give up some of the upside from Vermelho to get it accelerated into production quicker - mainly because the stars are aligning on nickel in the next few years we don't want to spend a decade building it up. Slightly less % of the pie to us, but a bigger pie ready for the nickel boom is the way I see it.

So I'm hoping for more. I think announcing a partner who can take Vermelho forward would have a much bigger impact on the shareprice than the pure financial effect (say, the monetary effect of the cash they stump for the buy in) because if it was a proven industry player it would immediately give our company a big green tick - we are going to production. Whilst we're an explorer-becoming-producer there will always be some doubt in the market I feel. That doubt is probably why we are still valued where we are, and not significantly higher at this stage. GLA

Interestingly, if you divide by shares in issue and adjust for 80% ownership of EUA resource, 'equivalence' at 35p would make Horizonte's shareprice 82p on adjusted mcap basis.

So the question becomes, would investors here be happy with 82p. I thought about that one - for about 2 seconds :) Answers on a postcard please. GLA

I think its simpler really. Eua have the for sale sign up with a major investment bank engaged. Horizonte dont. Therefore the investors seeking more rapid returns are there, not here. Imagine what happens then when we hoist the sign here. Same thing I expect...

Flavour mooted is 15-40m ozs if you multiply up the palladium value you are in similar ballparks. Costs of production etc no idea but certainly base resource wise directly comparable. Both surface mining I believe.

been watching with interest EUA 35p and rising. I bought decent wedges of both EUA and HZM at around the same time at 3.5p. At the time my plan was to try and trade these pots between the two but I was more confident in the jurisdiction and commodity of HZM so always (for me) saw EUA as the higher risk play.

That EUA can achieve 35p and over £1bn mcap (whether justified or no, makes no difference really and I make no comment on it) means certainly HZM can do the same. We have a huge amount of resource in the ground. We haven't put ourselves up for sale (yet) but even if that happens it will be done at huge premium.

Companies like EUA show what's possible and we just have to be patient here to see the same outcome. There they've achieved nearly 100x over a 15 month period. Here the rise will be more modest because we started from a higher mcap but at least 20x from many averages at 3.5p I reckon is possible in due course, and even if buying today 5-10x is on the cards.

All to play for, sometimes just patience is the name of the game....

disagree on placing, but it is an opportunity for the BOD to reward themselves with 'cheap' options at 5p. Cashflow is coming, I don't think this exchange of future pay is warranted as copper price is rising, but heyho turns out what do you know they're in it for the money just like us investors.

Not too fussed I think 6m shares is small beer to what is coming for the company with where copper is heading. But make no mistake this options for salary exchange is rewarding the BOD rather than shareholders....

JM will have 'inbound interest' from investors trying to find out when the financing deal will complete if we haven't heard anything in December I expect :)

Ivor you've raised 10p are the Christmas shopping more expensive than you anticipated :)
I don't see an RNS late in December unless it is the holding one as I just don't expect banks to be finalising deals after Christmas. Mr Paribas will be at home savouring 'dinde a la moutarde' etc.
Anyway we will see. Tomorrow it's 'third third of the fourth quarter' so by all estimates if financing is going to be done in 2020, that's the month. Simon R said he would be disappointed in Feb not to get it done in 2020 so I'll give him a buzz at month end to gauge his level of disappointment if it hasn't happened by then :)

My feeling is we'll get an RNS sometime between 7-18 Dec. If they know the finance deal won't complete this year it'll be a holding RNS and the earlier you know that the better to let it drop IMO. The longer it goes without the holding RNS the greater the chance they are trying to squeeze in the deal before Christmas. I think it'll be poor form to drop the holding RNS really late into December, unless they were literally 99% of the way there but just didn't get it over the line.

Still think either outcome is possible, deal in December or deal in Q1. Pretty relaxed either way but definitely be good to have a pub open by the time it drops to celebrate the news....

Dunno which I would rather happened sooner, 15p hzm or pubs open again. Both, I think!
