.. total credit for the rapid rise to today's closing!
I am the kiss of death when it comes to dealing. Bearing in mind Sareum's SP volatility I sold my Wrap, albeit for a tidy tickle, since which time the SP has forged ahead. Shudder to think what would happen if I put my toe in the water again tomorrow.

The clue is in the name "ex div" ie you buy the share exclusive of entitlement to the dividend declared. That is why the SP falls as it is assumed
the company's value is now reduced by the amount of the dividend they are due to pay out.
Hope this helps

"I say let it roll and see what happens over the next few months."
Many of us have been saying that for well over a decade so you may well understand it when the comments on this Board get just a teensy weensy bit pessimistic.
(Don't waste your time having a go Colbalt.- you are filtered and possibly not just by me)
May I comment without resorting to abuse. A Company's accounts are released to the whole World on a certain day-bankers or anybody else for that matter do not benefit from prior knowledge for reasons that are blatantly obvious
Thanks Hotblack-back home after 7 nights on a hospital bed with constant racket and disturbance
("wake up-time to take your sleeping pill") runs one ragged so the peace and quiet of chez moi is
major contributory therapy.

This company has burned its way through over £11 million in 5 years. About 20% has been paid to TM and his Merry Men, (you will note I didn't use then word "earned") but would just love to see details of where the remainder went. The burn seems to increase year on year and in terms of financing is becoming unsustainable IMO and can lead only to further dilution if the now never ending research/trials are to continue
"If the UK government was serious about supporting UK businesses and startups...."
Oh Mr. Potnak you are a caution-'aven't laughed so much for a very long time!!
The Drones who inhabit that House of Shame on the Thames just spout rhetoric about the subject-in reality they don't give a Donald.
Aber.
"....sticking my neck out I think they are looking at a T/O at a reduced rate where they move with the purchasing company.."
My thoughts entirely-save their own skins, especially Parker, and to hell with the shareholders of whatever ilk.
If offered a quid a share they would grab it so quickly the offeror would lose several fingers.
..... for about 6 years but refusing to breach the 500 point. Perhaps cooling down ahead of the long weekend however but with 8 trading days before ex-div maybe we might just crack it!!
Any thoughts on how much the SP may fall on ED Day??
