Back of the envelope 11.2MW at 60% utilisation is 58 GWh ( production rate at end of last year was (204GWh/year). At £53/MWh gives £3m T/O in a full year.

Could someone explain why the price is currently at a discount to the offer price (currently about 3%). FS seem prepared to pay cash now rather than wait so surely should be closer to the 10.25p offer price.

Output in the first three months of 2013 has reached 51GWh. This represents a 70% increase on the same period last year. The 2013 figure includes the full impact of the acquisition of Greenpark Energy Limited which completed in April 2012. The quarterly growth in output on a pro forma basis would have been 27%. Growth in output has come across both the Group's CMM baseload generation and our power response activities. Market selling prices have remained relatively stable and the Group now has 90% of expected 2013 output contracted at £53/MWh and 15% of expected 2014 output contracted at £54/MWh. Forward prices are currently showing incrementally higher prices with supply tightening as generating capacity is being decommissioned.

Intercede is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Ashley Drew as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Ian Drew, age 47, is currently Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for ARM Holdings plc. He joined ARM in July 2005 as VP Segment Marketing and has been a member of the Executive Committee since July 2008. Prior to this, he worked at Intel Corporation for 14 years in various senior management roles in Asia, Europe and the US; latterly as GM of the Russia/CIS office based in Moscow. Ian is also ARM's shareholder director at Trustonic, a joint venture company between ARM, Gemalto and G&D. The Trustonic vision is "To be the trusted foundation of choice for all smart connected devices".
