HH1AN2, Wrong again, $13 is the OPEX they hope to get to, depending upon the production level and god knows what that is, the total costs will be well over $20 per barrell. Please stop the non-factual ramping!

Look at the market cap of other oilers, even if they ever get to 3000 bpd the market cap will never get to equivalent of 5p! Please do some research and run comparisons and then think of a suitable target.

I would be very interested on what basis you see 1p coming in a few weeks. Oil companies are compared / valued using 2 well known metrics:
EV/2p Lets just use market cap instead of EV here for UKOG
EV/Flowing Barrel

Its easy to use the market cap at 1p but what 2P reserves and flowing barrel would you use?
Very interested to hear these expressed based upon market cap at 1p.
Then I can benchmark versus other junior oilers

Pilgrim, been on twitter a while myself, got caught out a few times by the rampers but wise to them now, research before investing! There are a couple of blatant rampers who have a significant following who can move a small companies share price when acting together. Unfortunately they'll drop the share as soon as the have made their target %, leaving others to hold the can.

Matt, 1P reserves are going to be very low because they are "proved and developed", something at this stage UKOG has very little of. Would expect 2P to be a little higher but no "competent person" will put his name to the type of numbers that your post states. I look forward to the CPR as well, I hope it surprises me.

Stockraiser, I was stupid enough to buy into the SS bull**** on the "Gatwick Gusher". As it turns out it's been rather harder than SS suggested to get the oil out of the ground. Having a larger OIP doesn't matter much if it can't be recovered. This company has yet to prove it can in meaningful quantities. I hope it does so I can recover my 94% losses!!! And by the way his remuneration package is outrageous and is certainly not pay for performance!

one of the ways yo value an oil company is to express the enterprise value divided by the flowing barrels. When there is no debt the enterprise value is the market cap. A comparison of UKOG vs UOG as an example.

UKOG £73k per flowing barrell
UOG $7.2K per flowing barrell

That means UKOG would need 3000 bopd to justify their CURRENT market cap is judged by the same metric as UOG! (I could have used other oil companies as comparator) I just don't see where thevalue / long term opportunity lies here, there may well be a spike however on good news.

Have been in this share since January, 25p average. I have no intention of selling any as it could hit £5 by year end. Then there are the Clinical Trials to come in 2021, wil probably de-risk some before the trial results.

Its useless to try engaging Oilman Jim on twitter regarding his comments, I have tried and either he doesn't answer or states that its all explained in his private blog which of course requires a subscription! He has got a few calls right over the years on companies to avoid. I don't agree with him on DGOC and have tried responding looking for facts that he bases his comment on. No response.

Ragnar, I am sure you already know but in case others don't, there is ZERO WHT when DGOC is held in a SIPP and you have a W8-BEN completed and on file. I know some SIPP providers don't bother to reclaim the 15% but HL for one do.

smitty, 10bn shares at 9p makes a 900MM mcap company. Oil companies producing 20 k bpd have mcap of ~£100MM so only need to increase production by (20000/300)*9 = 600x.

Ragnar, Couldn't agree more that this is an investment grade company. At current exchange rate its paying 11.75% dividend and as you say it looks very safe over the next few years. With more acquisitions and a favourable gas price they may increase it having set a 40% FCF dividend target. During the dip in March / April I have tripled my position. Its one of the few stocks in my dividend focussed portfolio thats actually paying a dividend this year!

Ibug, that works out at a magnificent 138 barrels per day over the 124 days in question! Do you realise that Sanderson's remuneration is taking $18.70 per barrel at this production rate. Get rid of him and yes I am invested here!
