Frustrating I know, I think we are all down substantially but I do believe in a Xmas 2020 type of recovery.

We will have 6 months of the new financial year under our belt and possibly a trading report which if we believe the last update should be good......

Current Trading

· Customer orders received for Q1 FY25 are 30% ahead of the equivalent period in FY24

· Products shipped and invoiced for Q1 FY25 are 36% ahead of the equivalent period in FY24

· The current book to bill ratio of 1.25 is considered healthy in the industry

The Company's application to the Australian Tax Office for a net R&D tax rebate totalling AU$1.2m is progressing and the Board anticipates this rebate to be received by the end of November 2024.

That's because the good is at odds with the bad in this company.

Personally I believe Pat Elliot has to go, transparency is not in his vocabulary.

May I remind you of statements made in 2020 which I am sure influenced many an investor and which on the face of it were not entirely correct.

At that time Cap-XX had a market cap of £19.5m, and 2 months later a Mcap of around £60m that’s ££ not Au$.

Today that market cap is £4.6m………..Transformational indeed.......A good result is needed and about time.

Never fails to amaze me how little research some people do......

That's all very true but, the first question when a customer enquires about supply is...How many do you need and the second question is, over what time period.

That way a company can work out if their production capacity can accomodate over a known time period.

With that info they can work out a value.

Too many NDA's floating around. Seems like every contract Cap-XX pick up is swathed in secrecy and yet we as shareholders are supposed to just accept it blindly.

Share price inevitably suffers as is so obviously evident at the moment.

Like we said yesterday people, they want your shares, they are playing the retail punters.

The "Energous" connection is going to take off soon too.

They signed an agreement with "Apple" in 2015 I believe to jointly develop tech to enable every iphone to be over the air charged but they couldn't implement it until Enregous gained full FCC approval. That was granted in August this year.

As of January 1, 2024, more than 2.3 billion iPhones have been sold worldwide. This makes Apple the largest vendor of mobile phones. There are also an estimated 1.382 billion active iPhone users worldwide.

It's all starting to come together people and at the moment "Retail" shareholders are being driven out by dumping the price but it doesn't take too much to think who is accumulating it........Hang in there and wait for Xmas.

I believe we will see a really positive set of results in November.

The reason I say that is because I have just done something I have not done before, I read the 70 page Annual Report 2023.

It gives a far deeper insight into the business and it's relationship with partner affiliates, the costs involved with the past court cases (Au$ 4M) and the financial remuneration for Board, Kongats accounting for over Au$ 1M in his last year alone.

It's been a tough few years but what comes through from reading that report is that the company is way, way ahead of its pre-covid situation and positioning for a very successful future.

Leadership should come from the Chairman and I think Pat Elliot has bigger interests elsewhere.

Time for him to move on in my opinion...

I think it's a case of hoping for the best but planning for the worst.

Personally I don't think that is happening.

I'll stick with the announcement of a good set of results followed by a price increase then followed by a raise with a 25% discount..... but time will tell.

Well that would mean them paying at least 0.40p.......highest in last 6 months.

And how far do you think that's going to go....wage bill increase, research increase, partner affiliations, sales promotion etc.

If production is up 30-35% do you think our costs have stayed the same?

I have done my research, I've been here over 10 years.

You don't organise a capital markets presentation unless you're intending to look for finance,

I think they're trying to paint as rosey a picture as possible before going to the markets for a raise, hence the delay.

Cooley is on the board, he knows what's going on and hasn't sold a bean during the drop.

All I would say is look at the chart for Christmas 2020, a fantastic rise which I sold out into at 13p. I don't expect that sort of level but I think we could see a similar shaped chart ....Hang tight.

The Company's audited results for FY2024 are expected to be released on 29 October 2024 not tomorrow.

Let's hope that the 4.20pm sale yesterday of 12,500,000 @ 0.16p was the last of it.......
