Nobody knows what the deal is with Schurter.

He's correct, at the momoent there is a global sell off, just look at the American market.

There has been about an 8% pullback but is it just to give a slingshot to a higher top before the all out downfall.

As for Cap-XX, I think there is scaremongering going on to force out the little guys because the greedy one's want it all for themselves. Schurter will accumulate upto profitability and Mr Cool will be in a bargaining position, for Schurter will have to buy his 10% before Capvis do an IPO....and add Cap-XX to their collective.

People here seem to be suggesting that the increased sales figures are because of Schurter.

If that is the case then that would translate into no increase in sales to our other customers ,which I doubt. We had a large customer transferral from Murata when the production lines were purchased, have we not capitalised on that or increased our sales. Hopefully a 64% increase will be substantially increased by year end ie June.

I have said that many times Vanilla, there's no transparency and when you question it then they hide behind NDA's.......

Cooley is the fly in the ointment for Schurter making any offer as he holds 10% which means they would have to buy him out at his price, something he knew all along no doubt.

But why now?

I guess all will be revealed soon.

Why is it that that ever since Monday 29th July, when CapXX announced that Schurter had aquired 4.69% holding, that the price has never peaked above that days high and instead fallen constantly?

This was generally accepted as a positive for CapXX but has had the opposite affect on the share price.

OK own up! Who sold the 80,000,000 this morning.

And to think they will miss out on all that good news that's coming next week.

Technically they can make an offer in 6 weeks at 0.15p which at today's price would be a 25% premium....

Personally I do not trust Capvis but I doubt an offer will be on the cards until profitable.
