I hope SCLP would RNS any application for CEPI funding . This may "force the hand" of the UK government if they want to keep it "in house" and sell the UK as the centre for COVID vaccines.

Oh , what a great shame. I would love to keep in touch with C7 off this BB but don't have an email address . C7, your posts initiated my investment in SCLP and kept me invested during the lows .

TF, wouldn't it be great if SCLP announced this was going to be their method of delivery.

C7, thanks for your postings ..I like reading them and the intra day trading updates are great. I also find krafty, Roses, etc uplifting. There are many others as well. I don't think we are in an echo chamber as we have facts based on research.
I do think covidity is our main SP driver at the moment. I so hope and pray this comes off for us all ..not just financially ...but wouldn't it be fantastic to get a SCLP vaccination protecting one against all Covid19 variants . A vaccine we part funded as long term holders . This was certainly left field ! If followed by successful cancer trials later this year a second gift to humanity. When at work I speed read the BB and sometimes miss the real intentions behind a post. I simply can't believe the government would pass up the opportunity to back a universal vaccine... and to be able to control the production and distribution of said vaccine. Talk about making the UK great again ! I don't understand why it's not done and dusted and whatever stage we are at the government doesn't take a punt and write the cheque . Well , let's all hope for for a red dot tomorrow. Night all .

It's very easy to agree with Rucks post immediately preceding this reply. Covidity has been the SP driver this year. Who can argue against that ? LTH s invested for the cancer pipeline, including Vulps and Redmile ,but short term ...covidity has attracted investors.

Come on SCANCELL you are not the only horse in the race. Next news just after the new tax year please... but don't leave it too much longer after that. Mid February and the first wave of publicity seams ages ago now.

SCLP may have been offered a grant ... SCLP still have to accept. Perhaps they have a better offer

CEPI offices in Oslo, London and Washington. With the 2 grants already published today (SK and VBI) I believe we would have already heard something . I am convinced some Pharma/ UK gov will take Covidity forward and we may yet receive a CEPI grant....who knows...only that it will happen and hopefully soon. We still have £50 odd million from Redmile .

Currently funding 10 vaccine candidates. Some decent sums involved.

Hasiba, post my bout of Covid I never really got rid of my cough (popular as hell at work ) it only went after I had my first Pfizer jab.... May just be coincidence but I definitely link the two events.
