Been stuck here for many many months now with the SP doing absolutely nothing. How patient can an investor be. A frustrating hold in my portfolio

This reads well and doesn’t even include Optimal income yet. Adrian was very happy at the fact even without optimal income yet they are still growing at 11% per year and given the fragile economic market at present that is pretty decent. He said expect optimal to adjunct the bottom line very significantly on top of the ‘bread and butter’ business model.

Thanks for the Sanofi post - Great to see active deals being done in this space with big pharma so the appetite in the market stays strong ready for conclusion of IMMs deal

Another good thing was that Optimal is so universal that it can be used for any small or big organisation across the spectrum from diagnostics to therapeutics. This generic application makes it so applicable and destined for commercial success. Pretty much saying that it cannot fail and once companies start using it they want to generate repeat business as the money and time they will save will make it speak for itself. For example a small biotech might want to use it to incubate one antibody/year whilst a medium-big pharma might make upto 10 per year in which case they would utilise a master services agreement. In fact several quotes have already gone out to some organizations and they have started collating data from market research on who would want to use it. They have BDMs trained up and marketing material ready to push optimal far and wide which was really proactive to see. The NCI rubber stamp will give a lot of confidence to the companies wanting to use it and basically if it’s good enough for them then everybody else will be clinically reassured.

Adrian et al also said very confident to even be paid bonuses in shares instead of actual ££. Not sure if they have some more future buys planned or in closed period

Also they had a wide range of biscuits, and some cute cuddly teddy bears. I wish I had taken one back now for the kids. Perhaps they can post me one out haha

They are also still doing R&D in the background and developing other tweaks to optimal and expect it to evolve over time to get EVEN better. They also have other ideas they are incubating that could even be another novel idea like optimal. They don’t want to tell us more yet until there is something that is tangible but when it comes expect a ‘sleeve drop’ moment.

2026 is when the deals begin to fire in.

DR5 is also going smooth and steering in the right direction. So far it has yielded positive data. As and when they have a tangible update they won’t sit on it and RNS it

Optiphage tbf he said was just a stepping stone to promote optimal and if one optiohage converts to optimal it’s done it’s job

Veterinary sector hasn’t really hit off yet but they still remain optimistic

These are the main pertinent Qs that were raised that come to mind now if I can think of any more points I will add them. Overall they were extremely positive for the next 3 years and after December they think it will be the real transformation. They are very proud from just about surviving several years ago to even be in this position today. They said they are working hard doing the business and the SP will take care of itself to reflect there effort no doubt. Overall nothing negative or worrying from the conversation and whilst I didn’t put a lie detector to there heads it seemed genuine, honest transparent dialogue

He did say we could theoretically launch optimal now as they know it works but prefer to wait for the conference as it’s meant to be a big deal

Mitch Ho will also be at the conference and 4 of FABs team will be attending for 5 whole days including 2 BDMs. They know they got one chance to make a FIRST impression and so fully appreciate the importance of executing it to perfection

Also when Dr Buick was questioned on end goal expressed now we have optimal would love to be brought out

Without optimal he said we were just same as competitors but with this we have upper hand by some margin. So can’t rule out outright buy by CRO or big pharma as he mentioned and they would definitely consider a decent offer to sell asap

In fact his face lit up 🔥🔥with the prospect of being brought out personally I think that’s his end goal

Dr Mitch Ho loves optimal and they touch base regular it’s no secret. He also has a lot more clout with big pharma then small FAB so is the gateway to a lot of future success. As such he doesn’t want to disrupt this synergistic relationship with a greedy request to continue using optimal

They actually have a lot more benefit from NCI using optimal for the next few years and openly sharing case study data this is continuous endorsement and free advertising

Adrian also said he would rather have given optimal free to NCI 2 years ago then give it to big pharma. He wants big pharma to pay the upfronts and royalty milestones. Expect multiple small contracts to land for regular income on optimal which will then subsequently lead to bigger ones as word spreads and optimal proves itself

First time I have heard him speak as a new investor here. Very eloquent and when probed towards the end what should happen if Redsetter fails, basically said nigh on impossible and the breadth of area under there jurisdiction including surrounding locations makes this a multi bagger that could shoot up so exponentially high as it rerates hard

A real tangible rise expected near term.

What a mind blowing phenomenal meeting. Optimal posters are out which I have shared on the telegram group. These guys are on track for December launch no ambiguity now for Optimal.

There is no competition for Optimal that exists atm so expect similar organisations to be quaking in the boots at its launch. With the NCI stamp of approval from Mitch Ho and peer reviews pending the commercial launch is going to be huge.

Ended up going 2 hours of Q+A and they answered all the questions diligently and with extreme confidence. This business is going places and I don’t want to be out for the transformation.

Don’t even need to ramp it now Optimal will do the work

The company has a cash runway into FY27 and remains on plan with our strategic goals including the launch of OptiMAL® in December which we believe will herald a new stage in the Company's development and open up new markets and revenues."

So basically optimal is on track and cash runway to 2027 and a stronger H2 order book anticipated. This is steady growth and whilst they haven’t been heavy on the sales it is because all BLOOD, SWEAT AND TEARS are going into optimal. This is is the golden goose and we are on cusp of its launch.

Remain steadfast & committed in your holdings. I myself topped up at £20k @ 17.5p but remain relaxed knowing what is around the corner. If optimal was not on the agenda then I would have been worried

Have been slowly increasing my stake sub 4p for a few months even though knowing short term not much movement. However this is building up to be a sizeable find by Sam Garett and it just seems the more they dig the more they find. You just know one day this SP is going to the pounds, I’m not sure how patient I am though to hold it throughout the entire journey. That will be a tough decision, but a nice problem to ruminate.

Negotiations have been ongoing for some time now so will be progressing well in the background. Wonder if a deal or deals in the plural are being worked on across the portfolio. Hopefully get to round numbers by the end of this year.

Modern medicine definitely needs these addiction treatment products out in the public realm as fast as permissible.

Added yesterday and again this morning whilst it hovers around these levels. Took some losses on other shares to bring into here got a good feeling that the next RNS may shoot this above 5p and test prior historical highs.

Not one to day trade atm and nice to know they are fully funded from the recent fundraise

Cousin also did his first ever top today for £10k worth of shares. As he is an IT solution architect has faith in the combo of AI and defence synergy. Anyway shares now taken out of the day traders and tucked away for the long term. No point top slicing until double digits at a minimum.

Had a patient today who suffers RA/lupus and some other commodities we had a discussion around p140 towards the end and he was very intrigued told him there could be clinical trials in the future which he may want to be a part of and to keep an eye on the company for any such availing opportunities to participate.

Holding steady now and now got my family members on board as well, let 2025 be our year of delivery
