Great to see blue on the first day of investing in a new share. Did some due diligence yesterday and the overall helium manufacture is in demand and stock sparse. Nice to see the wider fundamentals make this commodity very valuable. Perhaps we can reach 1p soon as the first stop I hope soon

Read this just now, doesn't make for comfortable reading. I emailed Dr Dubinsky literally 48 hours before the update in March and she was like we look forward to updating in due course, literally 2 days later they dropped the going concern update. As a clinician myself never really thought much of the product itself and supplementing it with live access to nurses doesn't make it very viable. I think Dr Dubinsky hasn't done a very ethical job and the plug on this should have been pulled some time ago. I suppose thats AIM for you. For those of you still in I hope this comes to fruition however for others I have put my money into some dead certs from:

many others but those are my top 3 for now. Time for me now to recoup a few K

Dont really top up twice on a new share in the same day however I feel with near term production scheduled for December its worth a buy. Here for the long term re rate and swing trade not my forte so the less shares in the hands of MMs is always a good bonus for any share.

I remember when my lecturer asked me back in the day how many types of diabetes there are and I said 2- type 1 + 2. He said there is actually 9 sub classifications. Always sticks with me that point

I have never really considered p140 for use in diabetes and that area is already relatively well served with the likes of bi-guanides, SGLT2 inhibitors, GLP-1 injectables etc as treatment options

HOWEVER there is no reason why p140 cannot be used as an adjunct to help control of blood sugars and overall HBA1C alongside existing medical management. Once again the realms of possibilities are endless. Forget even focusing on 100% remission lets at least get statistically significant symptom management and improved prognosis. The cost savings to the NHS are massive especially if we reduce 2ndary disease burden as a result of the primary autoimmune condition itself. Economies of scale studies will make p140 extremely viable.

Thanks for the recommendation I will check it out, I did just put 4k into helium1 now so see how that goes. I’m not even sure at what point I top slice this one by I have a psychological target of 7 figures. Now onto some of my fellow investors, help the cause and get more out of the hands of MMs and use this to top up. Let’s all work synergistically to the end goal. I know from my past conversations with IMM how they are looking forward to to institutional investment and a lot less volatile SP. Use mere mortals doing £40k top ups probably doesn’t stabilize it much but if we all do top ups and hold then it’s a win-win all round

In the interests of transparency I have used another £10k into ALRT this morning so retract my previous statement of £50k and will draw it to a conclusion at £40k. The savings account is looking rather abysmal now but risk vs reward here is too tempting to pass this opportunity by

Check it on your L2 I never ever make up fictitious purchases. My cousin topped up last week at £30k

for 9.75p, he must be pleased with his top up thus far.

Pumping SIZEABLE money into the shares rather than posting incessantly with probably a £1k in the shares shows a true investor (and also an honorable person) from the sideline derampers. If I lose( hopefully slim chance) I own my decisions/rationale/research

Agree with the sentiment

this is only moving unilaterally now and depending on how potent these results are its an uncapped rise in the short-medium term. Loading up at these levels to accumulate lots of shares makes complete business sense now rather then having to buy in double figures

Load and hold, gold has me sold

Start of the first order books for optimal as word begins to spread like wildfire this week among pharma big or small/CROs/drug development/drug diagnostics and any intermediaries in between.

Many drugs coming of patent soon, brilliant time to be launching in the markets as funds begin to become available again. You cant ramp true facts and how certain external events align together to make the Optimal launch even more impactful . Cant think of a more noble, genuine and caring BoD who deserve this win.

A massively untapped gold resource asset buy for 2025. Not sure where this re rates to but with director buys, a transparent and honest leadership from the top, not only a comfortable hold but a strong buy at these levels. Have a few million but will DOUBLE my holdings when profits from other shares come.

Mining stocks not my forte but so glad I came across this one some months ago

First of all I flew all the way from Birmingham and came straight from the airport to attend with luggage in situ. They kindly offered the opportunity as a polite gesture after the AGM had ended and being a pharmacist I was intrigued at the opportunity to see the labs etc.

Regarding labs that were aseptically or otherwise infection controlled we did not get access to these for contamination as you quite rightly mentioned although I imagine with a malicious intent.

As for the scientists being disturbed it was a 1 minute conversation per lab and then onto the next

For someone who is a considerably sized holder they afforded me the respect to show me around and with my background I appreciated it possibly more then a non scientist.

The only security risk I posed on the day was having over my quota of biscuits.

A break to the upside above 1p would be a start

So towards the end of the AGM Dr Buick gave us a grand tour of the FAB premises as we walked from lab to lab. What fascinated me was that each scientist team we questioned all said they were currently working on an optimal or optimal related project, when I probed them they said current success rates were very high and some data discoveries were ‘exceptional’. Obviously they couldn’t divulge any more then this not for want of me trying though. They also educated me on how the antibodies were being delivered via DHL from NCI headquarters in USA refrigerated and aseptically where appropriate.

Dr Buick also mentioned that the current headquarters has four times the capacity for future growth and operations so ready to hit the ground running with more staff as and when needed to ramp up operations when the orders start coming in.

The staff also seemed polite and it was a nice atmosphere to be in, very positive upbeat vibes

I must add Dr Buick is probably one of the most gentlest down to earth individuals I have ever met. A credit to his profession and a noble gentleman. My wife also alluded to the same conclusion.
