Sorry to hear about your wife suffering. P140 may give curative hope to many millions of patients. My own belief is based on symptom control and improved quality of life but if it can achieve actual remission in some patients then I am not sure of many drugs that I currently prescribe that have such capability. This is reminiscent of when the patent news was released the SP barely moved 1-2p and then once thr market had digested the info it then flew some few days later. It seems the market needs to see that website in detail, the statements made by Tim today to reiterate the cash position and also reinforcing that deal conclusion remains there main objective for year end. It is also compelling to see that BioCIN and BioAMB the forgotten gems are also mentioned on there website. Those anti infective drugs in themselves present a sizable market opportunity with no direct competition.

I don’t really forecast SP targets but I think the 12 month high of -19.5p is getting breached again in short order

Had to buy in tranches this morning of 5K between 13-14p. Sold some profits elsewhere to top up again this week. As usual money where my mouth is and no fictitious hype just buy and hold

Just had an email from Lisa to share this update, how proactive of her as usual. This is one of the best updates and almost as good as the patent filing update. It is is extremely reassuring and derisks my sizeable holdings now further. Whilst there can never be complete certainty in any form of life there can only be objective research, a gut feel, some faith and finally a bit of luck. I have all sentimental variables on full right now and as mentioned prior to this update use the dips for top up opportunities as who wants to be out now. The timeline is so narrow and even if we don’t get a deal by 31/12 doesn’t even phase me now, even if it spills into 2026.

There can be no doubt now the deal that is coming will mirror the huge deals already achieved this year. With Ketan Patel on board at this strategic time applaud the BoD to finally get it right this time.

What’s the latest update you have had

Yes in response to your Q I brought this earlier on in Jan with original hype when I saw the J&J name attached. It was a getting onboard moment hoping it continues rising and then researching retrospectively. Once I started reading into it more and more I had to really convince myself to stay strong and vested. The more and more I read the less convinced I became. I can’t see the tech being game changing enough for some big pharma giving it a chunky contract. I sincerely hope I am wrong but if I am not won’t surprise me at all.

All good buying opportunities and between them at least 50-60k up thus far. However they have just begun there upward journey and the opportunity to get in still avails.

Novo Nordisk’s agreement to buy Akero Therapeutics, announced last week, is the 33rd company in IBT’s portfolio to be part of an M&A deal since 2020, and the eighth this year.
