One of the poor performers of 2025 for me, got sucked into the hype but have since sold down considerably, currently holding 300k shares in the hope I can at least break even but there is literally nothing from this BoD

Patience is a virtue and believe me the wait to recommence phase 3 is going to be well worth it. The asset had had to be de risked and the chance of trial success maximized. If you look the FDA recommendations that have been taken on board the scientific team has adjuncted it with additional research over those years.

It has been lost in all the commotion that the mechanism of action has finally been elucidated. Professor Sylvia Anne Mueller openly said at the international immunology conference in 2022 in New Delhi we know p140 works but WE DONT KNOW HOW OR WHY it works. To actually establish the MOA and tell the market in 2025 through all this my utmost respect goes out to Dr Sébastien and Dr Laura. The amount of time and scientific research it would have taken to establish this would have been very very onerous hence the lull period for the last 4 years. To pick up where Dr Mueller left off and work in synergy showcases exemplary teamwork.

Expect more focused trials with the right patient population to get statistically significant end points.

If you look at the stats of merger and acquisitions big pharma focusing on phase 3 assets went down in 2024 but in 2025 it is back up again. With patents coming off soon for lots of valuable drugs bigger premiums are being offered to secure the most valuable asset.

If I wasn’t invested in IMM and looking at this drug as scientist from afar I would be equally compelled by the current findings. The fact I have a financial motivation might skew my sentiment but the evidence based facts remain the facts. Journals being peer reviewed would probably begin to land by Summer of 2026 at the earliest showcasing the new clinical trial data. However to avoid plagiarism they have no choice but to tread extremely carefully in sharing anything scientifically concrete not out of choice but sensible caution. If you look at Humira the exact same happened to that in the initial stages and they’re were lots of people at the outset stating it is doomed for failure and look where it ended up.

P140 Peptide Leads to Clearance of Autoreactive Lymphocytes and Normalizes Immune Response in Lupus-Prone Mice

A comprehensive journal article on the action of p140 at the mechanistic cellular level for those familiar with the chemistry from 2022

In summary, our studies highlight an immunological explanation for the clinical benefit of P140 in MRL/lpr mice and potentially also in patients with lupus. By down-regulating the autophagic system involved in the processing of self-antigens by APC B cells, P140 is effective in depleting and eliminating autoreactive T and B cells from the immune system and restoring “normal” immune system function. This mechanism of clearance of autoreactive lymphocytes compromising the integrity of the immune system is not immunosuppressive as the immune responses observed in different models are normal. These results are therefore the more worthy of our attention. They could have many applications in immune diseases in which autophagy processes are unbalanced.

Not quite sure I comprehend the train of thought. But I would think logically:

1.) Arrange p140 blood test

2.) identify super responders

3.) if not eligible continue with existing medical management ( which may include immunosuppressants)

4.) if identified as a suitable candidate prescribe p140 regime as decided by consultant and monitor patient outcomes

Dr Sebesatian has also said we can even see using p140 as part of health checks to see which patients may be susceptible to autoimmune disease and thus consider treatment before symptoms develop.

I do echo this statement, 20 year clock has started ticking and it’s no one me interests to delay next steps which in turn benefits the shareholders for a speedy resolution and conclusion to proceedings.

What drug has a 100% efficacy rate ?

Even the blockbuster Humira has a 40-60% efficacy success rate depending on the condition being treated, look at the systematic reviews and trial data as evidence. So a quoted 50-80% rate depending on the autoimmune condition as cited on the immupharma website for p140 doesn’t seem to bad to me in comparison and in line with pre existing industry standards.

Whoever has alluded to p140 diagnostic being a liability could not be more further from the truth

Now let’s compare to Humira ( alluded to by Tim as a comparable in his interview). Before anyone can take this there is a whole host of blood tests and other checks they need to go through before they even can start it.

Look at page 2 below of my attachment FYI as evidence of all the pre requisites before even commencing Humira

Even then it has to be prescribed by a specialist in secondary care(which means in hospital) and us clinicians in general practice cannot initiate it. Yet it still makes it the most profitable biological drug of all time.

P140 has a single diagnostic blood test ( not multiple) and we know it IS NOT immunosuppressive.

Therefore if Humira can do it with multiple blood tests and being immunosuppressive I’m sure p140 with its single blood diagnostic blood test and non immunosuppressive characteristics has a fair chance

Any clinician and scientist will know that having diagnostic capability built into treatment is like having A-Z covered of a successful prognosis.

I cannot emphasise enough that this is one of the game changers they have discovered in the last 3 years which strongly increases commercialization even further .

This is supernumerary to the RNS this week which alludes to it again in black and white

Make of it what you will, but to reiterate the same message across all platforms this many times tells me that Tim has chose his preferred partner a while back and they have locked it in behind the scenes. One must remember these discussions have been ongoing for many many months prior to patent filing.

I cannot think of anyone who would want to discredit themselves and risk losing face by emphasizing the same point to the market CONSISTENTLY and WITHOUT hesitation to multiple interviewers.

No one has co-erced Tim into his bold claims but when you finally tweak p140 as has been done thus far it’s an unstoppable technology.

Being a clinician in general practice my geographical/mining knowledge is not very great. I have held MILA for around 8 months now and about 30K in profit and waiting for the real Rerate on results. I have taken a speculative punt of WSBN around 1.75millionn shares a few weeks ago but currently in the red.

Can someone educated in this field help me compare the 2 investments and likely future projections based on evidenced based analysis. I hope one of them multibags for me before year end.

Sorry everyone but I must rightly defend myself from all this. I have never ever made any dishonest or fictitious claims. I am genuine clinician with sizeable sums invested in IMM and many other shares. If anyone here is in FAB perhaps they can verify my pictures and attendance last week at the AGM as I had posted it in the telegram group. I own a freehold block of 145 apartments in the city centre but I’m not sure how I can prove this on the forum. I then use the profits for my pastime of investing in the stock market in shares that interest me.

It is frustrating when I genuinely tell the truth but this person is trying to defame my character and bring down IMM at the same time

Just like his anecdotes his claims to leave are also fictitious and fake, his absence lasted all of 2 hours, look forward to seeing all these de rampers with amazing insight at the next AGM

New investors welcome to the board. Keep the faith and hold for the definitive deadline on 31/12. High level talks proceeding in the background to draw a deal to conclusion. Huge deal pending with substantive upfronts/royalties imminent. Tim has done these deals before but now he finally has something to have the upper hand at the negotiating table

Stay firm/vested and committed you will be rewarded in abundance.

Herein lies the proof astute investors.

The greater the risk of the SP moving up the stronger and more vicious the de rampers become. We are now questioning the validity of the website which highlights a lot of valuable information and quantifies the statistics. Investors were skeptical before of how many type M super responders actually exist, well 50-80% is good enough for me as proportion of many millions of suffering patients.

I have trawled back into my posting history and wanted to share something I feel is significant to all genuine holders. On 1/8/25 I posted my last message on IMM copied below and the SP was the lowest it’s ever been this year at 1.68-2.08p. What I want you take from this is my belief was as firm and resolute then as it is now. Back then the de tampers bullied me off the boards with all the usual insulting comments and I stopped posting.

However now I won’t let them win.

As a prescribing clinician in general practice and also a visiting lecturer at university I like to think I can offer some evidence based research to my statements. I enjoy learning about the science and have been piecing the information together for many months before deciding to delve in. I also prescribe 100’s of prescriptions each month for auto immune conditions so have a good understanding of the conditions they attempt to treat. Peptide novel compounds definitely have a place in the future treatment pathways in this space

What I have realised if late here is some posters on here refute anything positive that may be mentioned. I respect everyone’s opinions but rather then bashing the share if you seriously have no faith best to move on to pastures new

Stay resolute and firm in your beliefs. I will echo the same comments I did when the SP hit rock bottom. I have had a chance to sell when this hit 139k profit for me on the day it hit 19.5 but I didn’t sell a single share. In fact I have done the opposite and added along the way

Believe what you will but please see the genuine and humble from the vicious and vindictive 🙏
