Have brought in here last week on the expectation that near term production is due December this year extending into Q1 /2026

Will that not accelerate the SP back in the short term?

Or am I missing something

Just nabbed 5ks worth at 231 k shares 2.38p by doubling down on EPP. Whilst that is also a good long term play I thought in at 5.9p so selling at a loss with a hope for bigger short term gains here.

Most importantly reducing the free float as these are to be held for the long term

Couldn't resist got paid today so went against all my usual rules and just topped up another £4k using money from account for 162,000 shares at 2.45p

Sold EPP but cant get any sell quotes currently sold 800 pounds worth which has given me 33k shares here not much but it all adds up.

I must remember that having a successful career and portfolio of assets precludes one from investing on AIM, I cannot see this rule in the handbook anywhere. That's the beauty of the restructuring they completed at the end of 2021, they downsized and consolidated the portfolio to only those assets they felt commercially viable. The true assets to the business are the 2 full time scientists Dr Seb and Dr Laura who have jointly been doing the research over the last few years. With the narrow focus and moving away from a lateral approach means fewer resources needed and maximum efficiency. The next step of course is for big pharma to fund at there leisure post deal announcment

I did ask Dr Kinkaid at the recent AGM why wait until the San Diego conference and he even said we could start marketing Optimal straight away but for maximum impact and create a buzz around it where better then San Diego, one of the biggest conferences for the types of clients they wish to pursue.

For any real scientist in the know I have said this so many times - OPTIMAL IS LIGHT YEARS AHEAD OF ANY EXISTING ANTIBODY MANUFACTURABLE TECHNOLOGY

It deserves a spectacular launch and once its start to gets licensed out everyone is going to want a piece of it until they eventually accept an outright sale. All big sale drug launches in the last 5 years have been antibodies, an undeniable fact.

This is not a ramp, between me and my family members we hold a few million shares here and not a single one of them gets sold until I am in triple figures. My most secure investment in my portfolio tucked away

Dr Mueller is a gem of a person and I have followed her career quite closely, she has rightly been won many awards and is well deserved of seeing p140 progress to patients in her lifetime

Oscar22 some well presented points there on the forthcoming attendance at Vienna, it looks all 3 of them attended Milan BioEurope earlier in the year as well however prior to 2025 Sebastien Goudreau did not attend previous conferences and it was usually just Tim and Dr Franklin as a duo. Having the CSO now with them is a strong vote of confidence in my book and I interpret that as a positive. Who better to explain to the market all about p140 then the very person who has discovered the mechanism of action.

Jackson labs were working in conjunction with IMM scientists Dr Seb and Dr Laura to confirm hypothesis and clinical mechanisms. This was finally concluded and reported to the market on 13/03/2025.

Once you know MOA it helps a great deal in organising the clinical trial and de-risking even further. I know the lengthy absence comes across as a period of procrastination or little activity but they were working very hard in the background in order to get to where we are today. The diagnostic test and 'Immunormaliser' concept are all latest findings and not part of the original trial design.

More so from the assets to one side I really like the integrity of the board. All directors seem to be transparent (thus far) which increases confidence that they are not fleecing us all for a quick buck. The incentivised salaries adds to this sentiment
