Just messing with ya but I think you will find it will take a lot less than that, the local drivers will be used to the local terrain and will probably drive like they stole the vehicle if the locals where I work are anything to go by. My guess is they will do two trips the same as last time (MB mentioned this in one of his interviews that they did two trips to move to SL) 3 days rig down / 4 days moving rig and camp / 3/4 days rig up and HSE testing.

We all await your informed info on the logistics timeframes Fund?? Although my guess is you will chose not to give them because it's not convenient especially as you have no actual experience of how these things actually work on a oil field. I've seen more rigs go up and down than a wh***s knickers and as 2010PM said earlier a week to 10 days and the move could be complete and ready for spud which I concur. My guess is some time in the first week of Oct which could mean drill complete by the first or second week of Nov.

Fund, can you remind everyone how far the rig had to move last time and how many lorry loads it took and how many trips it took please........ and then inform everyone how far the move is this time....... also remember last time was the first operation where rig contractor / MATD and haulage contractor had worked together, now the whole operation will be a lot smoother and faster.

But I would appreciate it if you could inform everyone of the detail so they can figure out an informed idea of the timescale involved, not just a pie in the sky "Oh it will take forever"

I think if there are any encouraging words or clarification reference WH spud at the AGM then this will be back up above 7p today maybe even 7.5p by the end of week.

Okay as suspected we are now starting the retrace, as people will now be loading up ready for WH and as soon as it starts moving up the heard mentality of panic of missing out on cheap shares ahead of the big WH drill will have this moving up as fast as it went down. 7p+ finish on the day today.

Fund have you ever worked on an oil field before? I'm guessing not as if the rig is down already it could be moved and up again before the end of the month and ready to spud at the beginning of Oct, that would give double the amount of estimated time needed to drill WH.

I'm expecting a big bounce on this today with investors getting all those cheap shares and with people that have been waiting in the wings ready for WH as lets all face it thats the big prize here and what I have been invested in here for all along. SL was a freebie and expect the SP to be not far off what yesterdays close at the end of the day.

They are moving the rig to WH and a spud date will be given shortly did you not read the RNS WildOne

Just so we can hear something different on this BB, the will they won't they / is there isn't there is very boring now 126 posts on the same thing all day yaaaaaawn.

Anything is a possibility Monster, it could be that the Test rig is doing it's thing but until we get an RNS everything is all just speculation as non of us know a thing and this is reflected in the daily volume.

RNS maybe?? Surely if there was a problem with the drill they should have informed the market? Lets hope they are just busy logging all those different levels.

Hi there 2010PM, What is your take on the fact we have got to this point with no RNS today? I know before you said that you would feel more confident the longer it took after 60/65 days.

Hows the weather in Thailand? I'm flying over myself two weeks today for a few weeks RnR after what feels a long rotation.

Well on a positive not we haven't had an RNS saying yes we reached TD and found bugger all so capping and moving to WH. My hope is the RNS will be a lot lengthier with lots of technicals in it so taking a lot longer to write.

I would be very surprised if Sinopec haven't reached TD by now though with the original time guide last year of 50 days, an extra 3 weeks is a hell of a lot longer and if they had had a big problem with the drill surely this should have been reported to the market??

Whatever happens this week as long as there's no delay to WH I don't care as I'm in this for the big prize.

SBB1 hi there, if MATD hits on both and they are the mid volume of 560m barrels and we only manage 60p I'll eat my own pants. If they both hit it has to be 100p plus minimum.

If they have oil shows on SL and need the test rig then I can see it going to around 24p whilst waiting for test results and the spud of WH. Positive well test results and it's above 60p whilst waiting for WH news to come in which would be shortly after.

Obviously all in my own opinion. Personally though I HOPE SL is a gusher and it spikes over 100p.

Eyes will be glued to the screen for that RNS at 0700hrs tomorrow morning, the big question is will it arrive.

Just been doing a bit of research on them and they seem to be suspended from trading at the moment and haven't really managed to do anything in years. I wonder if we hit the black stuff it could be worth buying them out and taking the license as they look to have some good basins and potential. Their share price on suspension is also rock bottom.

I'm guessing it will be Monday or Tuesday to give the Market and Investors time to digest the info before the AGM, also if it is a nasty storm then the AGM could be used to steady the ship after some volatility.

I'm fairly surprised how they have managed to keep any news from getting out good or bad, a seriously tight hole.

They would need to release the info via an RNS before the AGM if they intend to discuss SL as it's makes sensitive.
