Although I wasn't expecting anything I wrote using the Freedom of Information act regarding our dispute with the DHSC.
This is their response : -
Your request has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
DHSC holds the information you have requested. The contract between DHSC and Primer Design
Ltd made provision for mediation to commence within 28 days of notification by either party or such
other time as agreed by the parties. This matter is ongoing and the timescale for resolution is
unknown.
