BuySell posted the quote form the RNS and it was followed a few weeks later with a update that actually stated that
"Following previous announcements that Zoetic had secured a new US distribution agreement (the "Agreement"), the Company is happy to report that the initial roll out of its products is ahead of schedule and has been met with an overwhelmingly positive response.

The Agreement, which concerns the sale of Zoetic's Chill brand of tobacco alternative CBD products, has already seen distribution begin across 125 new US stores in the first week alone. "

These are not my words they are from the company..

Have you ever heard of debating the point, and not the person....all i'm saying is that the RNS are suitably ambiguous to be able to cover any eventuality in three months when we may get some figures. Call me what you wan't but why not debate the point....its ambitious.

Textbook ambiguous wording ! Interpretation ambiguous enough to ensure the reader hears what they want to hear....
I could read this as Since the announcement on 28th October 2020 ( 125 PW / 500 PM rollout = target of 3,500 outlets........in reality 8 months later on June 21 EXPECTED Target average = 437 outlets per month. ....big difference
They also state
"Further orders have been placed by major distribution partners as brand expands across US"

Now, how do you interpret this statement. Do they mean that ...

Existing new outlets have already re ordered product after selling out ! which is what we all want to hear = BIG SELLER!!

or,

Distribution partners will place further orders to fill the new outlets being completed each week, as they continue the rollout across the US. (which is what we would expect, common sense and makes no reference to whether product is being reordered in any hurry).
Its worded like this for a reason.....otherwise imo if at the date of this RNS new outlets were already ordering new stock to replenish shelves of sold product ...they would have told us so....no more detail would have been required.

Just my opinion. Its a long game this one.....long wait to see who is correct.

I can see the sp heading lower tomoz, unless Zoe put something out. Just having a consolidation at 59p at the moment, before next step, a continuation of the same. Just my opinion.

Exactly MCB55. There will be a massive void in much needed financials for quite some time, unless they release an update with current and expected revenues. I think they will have to at some stage - just to give the SP some support.

I don't want to buy any more shares if they are only shifting two packs a week. Lets hope that was a glitch. Only way to find out the reality is to read the financials when published.

I think what you said about hard numbers is correct but also there is going to be a two to three month silence on hard financials. We will get positive news of further rollout plans etc etc but these will add nothing to todays financials
We have up to 3 month radio silence on hard financials .....and the SP cant stay still, so imo lots of investors are bailing and waiting for June / July

Gary. If we get below 40p, ill be buying. I'm not a shorter, but don't think shorters can't go long just because you call them shorters ...........they can also go long! its just a couple of clicks.

That's your only ever response to anyone who has a different view to your own or may have some information that could benefit the other Share holders here.... Many here may wish to know the positives and also any potential negatives when holding a share, I know i do.

bit of a battle going on at 58 / 61, not that a big though to stop the decline , or so it looks.

Not always but often get a bit of resistance as a SP approach the big 0s.....be interesting to see what happens.

Should have a few buyers stepping up around 61p.

Abingdon RNS not great, littered with delays and unpaid invoices for units received and yet more promises of positive talks with other customers....the listed LFT manufacturers need to show revenue is being received to get them up .....

All Point of Sale units have a display of company logo etc yes, but i was under the impression that customers could purchase goods from these units as well..... which makes it a point of sale unit. If you are correct then that's a shame.
