So the 1$ million in April could be two weeks of new outlets = 125 outlets x2 = 250 outlets at 48 / one case = $240 = $60,000 in two weeks.

That leaves $940,000 of product going somewhere else ......either separate order entirely / or re orders.

The market's reaction was very muted, i would have thought a bigger rise....maybe fair value for now as has been said.
That's my thinking also. Going forward we need to know how much of the revenue is investment from stocking new outlets to get them online ( these are not guaranteed revenues / sales) , and how much of the revenue is coming from existing outlets that are re ordering ( safer confirmation of future revenues.)...im not sure if we will get that information for quite sometime, and as the company progress with new partners the mix will become even more confusing.

Whats with the large spread you can buy at just over 65 a while ago.....

Here is my take as several peeps disappointed there was no no green around.
I think the muted response to today’s news is that the $1.34 million announced is the amount of stock that has been placed on the shelves and has not yet sold. They are orders…new orders and not repeat orders…. correct me if I’m wrong.

The $0.34m look like an overhang of Pre orders from its distribution partners completed and supplied prior to April 21.
Then progress from April 1st to 14th May 21.

These are new orders amounting to $1 million and have supplied new outlets over this period.
That is approx. 750 new outlets between April 1 – 14th May (6 weeks x 125 pw) each took $1.300 on average of product from distribution partners. approx., Assuming $10 per unit. That is 130 units of smokes and Pouches each outlet. Approx. 20 each of the 3 types of pouches / 3 x smokes.
You would expect good sales when they are stocking empty shelves in shops, as each shop will take a complete order to fill shelf space. The next quarter will be really interesting as we now know what they can do per month and week as far as supplying initial product, and what to be seen now is size of repeat orders.

I've read the RNSs, seen the promo videos and investor updates but sometimes is good to broaden your reading and not just re read the same.

What i posted was not even negative it just suggested that possibly Zoe are following a similar path...I have just laid out what I could find....and am criticised on a open share BB.

If Zoe can absorb the ( extra costs) allowing them to place product in 10, 000 stores plus and still make a good profit, then Zoe will be a winner....so what is their to be defensive about ? Zoe may not be paying for the shelf space, i don't know...but its obviously something that happens....no point pretending it doesn't.

There will be others out there....be interesting to see the varying experiences...

Why do you question the details of the RNS report "initial 10,000 stores committed during the 'Prepare for Lift Off' phase.", especially the point about 10,000 stores committed. That's the operative word here....Do you have anything to add around that point...as you say you worked alongside AATAC?

It can only be good for the CBD business going forward - with the public trusting the products that are on sale i.e tested and declared safe by the FSA and other new types of outlets and shops that would not normally sell CBD products having the confidence to sell, knowing they are safe. Regarding Zoetic's successful novel foods application to the UK Food Standards Agency (the "FSA"), which had a deadline of on 31 March 2021.

Does anyone know of any competitor's / 0r other CBD products that failed to meet this regulatory hurdle, causing their products to be withdrawn from the market. I seem to recall that this would be an opportunistic time for Zoe to step in with new products that met the compliance, therefore opening up new markets for Zoe.

Just wondered if anyone has any details on any CBD products having to be withdrawn, even if at present they can not be replaced by Zoetic.

Just go onto one of the Indian news channels....get your relative to watch the footage....especially ( typical India) as they seem to have no bars hold on access to the covid wards and the absolute desperation of the doctors, nurses and especially people waiting on oxygen and literally dying in front of your eyes, one out - one literally in, no bed gets cold.

IMO. I don't think its a matter of how any of us feel about this share. The company will succeed or not on its own merits, and how it conducts its business, regardless of how anyone feels here.. The share price will not always reflect the promise also, but up until now i get why the LT holders have absolute faith and believe in the company as its been a brilliant investment.

Now we are just beginning a new stage , a period of growth, all about sales, revenues, outlets etc. Therefore, between now and when the full figures are published that reflect the financial progress in full.....will be a long period of waiting, and so some will hang on in faith, and others ( newbies mainly), will come sniffing around with no inherent faith until the numbers show up.

The company will need hundreds of newbys to sign up, just so that the LTs you have someone to sell to when you make your money.

Today, on the GPP board today there are people there saying its their best investment in 30/ 40 years....what they mean is it has the potential to be, its down to 20p at present.
So don't be surprised if not everyone has the faith of all the LTs , even after reading the presentations / RNS etc.... .

Thanks Booby. Nice to get a balanced reply. I do agree with you about word of mouth,just todays version of word of mouth is via social media. The link to Fever tree was just to demonstrate that they started in a similar way, a hotel bar, exactly the same as Zoe . There big break came as far as i can remember was when Waitrose came to them, and asked if they could stock their product ( sort of unheard of). Similar events could / are unfolding here....a couple of major UK high street chains, will bring the product and the engaged customer much closer together over night and will make all the difference GL Vas.
