Nothing in my IG ISA so far,

My understanding was that there was several nods towards events that were very close.
a) news expected within days ( not weeks) following the last Q&A presentation
b) CF will be buying shares once this news out
c) a statement something along the lines that within weeks this company will be in a very much better position than it is today.
d) I also had the feeling that DIM ( whom OO have full control) will be fast tracked, and will be the next spin out ( or whatever) ...........so possibly further news there.
It should be a very busy few weeks imo

Come on CF, stick to your own timelines, there is a limit to how long we can all hold our breath!

Someone mentioned the other day they thought the SP was being managed by the MMs, I also think the SP is being managed, but not by the MMs. I have mentioned this before and do not wish to come over paranoid, but this happens consistently here, on many occasions over past months the SP has been propped up by an over the ASK buy, followed by its cancellation.

Note the small buy at 55p, along with its instant cancellation.
Its good news that someone is manipulating the SP from falling further, buying time before the expected news in a few days.

Its a warning usually if found out , which happened to me a while ago.

I think my quote was regarding news of next large contract.

Earache. I'm not buying the POLB shares, they are free. My original intention , which remains exactly the same is that i invest in Open Orphan and give it another 18 months or so. The fact they will be giving me free shares in four separate company's along the way, is surely a blessing. The fact I will have to hold these four new company's for nine months is the least of my worry's........what am i missing!

When i first landed on the BB there was only one topic of conversation and was that the ZOE SP was undervalued at 88p, and it should be well over £1, someone said the share price was as "cheap as chips". That was a few months ago...my opinion is that if we hit a price that investors think is good value then they will buy again, until then barring any game changing news then this trend will continue....luckily I hear there should be news of the UK rollout sometime in June, so maybe that will reverse the trend....if not the trend will continue to the next quarterly update, and if produces what we hope then that will change the direction of the trend, however any disappointment in the quarterly's and I think this trend will continue at a more rapid pace........what Zoe need are enthusiastic buyers, and i think many are on the side lines, just observing.

IF CF released further news at 11 am, or 2 pm say, could he literally buy shares on the open market minutes latter....if so, and that's what he decided to do, then that would be quite a double whammy...you would hope!

In the Youtube presentation Leo Toole states...

Possibly £50 million revenue 2021 with a double digit growth of at least 30% for 2022, which gives at least £65 m for 2021, but could be increased.

Divide 2022 revenue £65m by number of shares = 671 million shares = 0.096 on a future PE of 8 ( as mentioned in presentation) = 78p a share ( plus 22p in total for all four spin outs plus a cash dividend possibly) = approx. £1 per share plus

Shares in issue 671m x £1 = company value £671million

Convert £671 m to dollars = $926,245,837.47 US Dollars
1 GBP = 1.38038 USD
1 USD = 0.724437 GBP

Therefore, very basic calculations and room for increases ( especially Spin outs) but its close to CF goal of a billion dollar company sometime in the medium future.

Wondergoals...Yes, that stuck out for me too. Seemed a very confident thing to say, on a live recorded presentation. Also I remember CF , speaking at 100 miles an hour about the Chinese relationship, and that again came across as very positive , i seem to remember. I Must check Wallys notes re China.

I agree with BC, isn't that a big reason why many are and will invest in this share , as its a share in transformation, its is no longer what it was, and no doubt going forward todays OO will be shadow of what it is today.....every share has to start somewhere, and OO has really made an impressionable start since a year ago....just note the next RNS or two next week ....and off we go again imo

Very short term either today or early next week we have two significant events happening here...CF buying his long overdue top up, and also the big news that is due any day that has stopped him buying yesterday....his words.

I must be living on a different planet as I found the presentation tonight thoroughly positive and convincing. At 30p a share today, its a gift as long as you have the patience of a normal adult to allow it time to grow. I cant remember the actual numbers but CF said something along the lines that this space that OO dominate and operate in is presently worth £100 billion a year !, and is predicted to be worth £1 trillion in less than five years !
