1606 Hemp3 Jul 2021 10:54
1606 Hemp was spun out of Singlepoint in March 21. And launched its CBD smokes ( incl. Menthol) in US a while ago.
Its a different offering
"Their hemp cigarette offering has been meticulously designed to be both nicotine and tobacco-free and is crafted from broad spectrum American grown, harvested and cured hemp flower. Moreover, with less than 0.3% THC and nearly 20% cannabinoid oil (CBD) content"
A different product but never-the less a comparable competitor. They have two types of smokes hemp rolls and Menthol flavoured, which they are very excited about.
Management state " With vape and tobacco and specifically menthol being pulled off of shelves around the world, our smokable-hemp products are ready to replace those holes in convenience store planograms. As a replacement for traditional tobacco 1606 is a better alternative with only one ingredient, hemp. Having taken a cigar company public through the first ever, clear english perspective, we were able to get NASDAQ listed and raise $10,000,000 enabling us to achieve 30,000 accounts. I look forward to doing the same with 1606,” adds Greg Lambrecht, CEO of 1606.
So Hemp have a similar plan to Zoe, but no mention of who their distribution partners will be.
The point being that their projected future sales figures below for their smokes in US are interesting....
"SinglePoint ( Now 1606 Hemp) forecast that its 1606 Hemp product could generate between $2.75 million – $5.5 million in annual revenues per 1,000 stores"

If you apply a similar sales projection to Zoe whom presently have 3,000 outlets in the US, so wont include next 500 outlets.
Equates to approx $8.25 m to $16.5m PA for Zoe, whom we all know have a clear advantage with ideal point of sales dispensers in outlets with high footfall .
Therefore if applied to Zoe comes to around $2.1 M per quarter for low forecast to $4.1 m per quarter for top end.
Zoe are already very close to the low projection for their first quarter, but must remember a large part of these sales during this time are initial shelf filling, and not necessarily pure sales.... in theory Zoe should beat these numbers confidently. It will be interesting to compare these figures once Zoetics next quarterly sales figurers for past three months are released, as its the only forecast of similar products I can find at the moment.
