In the interview CF says that Poolbeg could bag 2 or 3 times ? shortly after he says that if shareholders hang on to Poolbeg after the nine month lock in period they will not recognise it ( assume in a positive way).

When talking about Poolbeg bagging, did he mean when the IPO becomes active to trade on the 19th or was he referring again to the nine months plus down the line.

lOl. To late to try and come over with the moral high ground. If something like that upsets people so much, when its not even directed at them then you are faking. Funny you and others get upset and cry when someone returns the kind of crap that many here hand out on a daily basis.......and instantly cry unfair.
If someone wishes to hand out insults to others on a daily basis without cause - then they should not get upset when someone gives it back to them.

BB and Z Car both keep it polite, relevant and on topic as its a bulletin board...., and they get abused - so that's ok in your book, maybe but not mine.

Just in case anyone missed it or temporally put themselves to sleep. It goes like this....

Apparently Zoe investors are known to have had sticky hands since the high 90p days !! - mainly due to them not being able to handle their gummies correctly. I think many have to either take their gummies out or their dentures out so to avoid a choke....not sure but something along those lines.

Well I don't know about $30 million but I am pretty sure the domain name is worth roughly what they paid for it at the present time.

Another new investor dealt with as per usual. Its not as if we have people falling over themselves to buy shares in ZOE at the moment.....only 30,000 bought today! You should have at least encouraged him to buy some shares before you judged him on his / her first post here and insulted him.
I guess everyone is now waiting for the quarterly results which should be over the next few weeks and then the predictable BOOM :)

Do you think Poolbeg will be reliant on OO for fast tracking any newly acquired assets through to re sale to a larger Pharma?
Could be a lot of significant new and consistent revenues gained from Poolbeg that's not yet factored in to future revenue.

Just not sure if i am correct in thinking that Poolberg will be so reliant on OO.

Anyone potential new investors wants to know what CF will want to achieve over next six months with OO between today and end of December 2021, then have a listen to this 6 minute interview.

If I understand Poolbeg correctly they will spend no more that £5m on any one potential vaccine product, buy 5- 6 products at a time, take them on and use Human Challenge trials using Open Orphan to proof up the product and then sell to big Pharma for around £30 million plus = supermarket for big Pharma .
CF has mentioned Poolbeg will be buying 5-6 assets- they presently only have one....so maybe another five new assets to come .
If this is the case then IF Poolbeg take on six new assets, pay OO what? £3 million for each new asset to be taken forward using a human challenge trials....say three fail, three are positive and are put up for sale for at least £30 million each to a larger Pharma.

Open Orphan get approx. £18 million for work involving Human trials and Poolbeg get to sell 3 successful products for £90 million minus costs., say £60 million.

Poolbeg looks a cracking business model, but i do wonder how many assets could Poolbeg buy, develop and resell each year...is 5-6 assets likely to be the limit....is there a limit? will they all need to go through Open Orpah to fast track them for resell? Could OO charge a higher fee?

If i have misunderstood this arrangement with O please let me know. If correct. brilliant bread and butter orders going forward for OO, whatever the results of the trials.

As an aside when CF was listing the spin outs to follow Poolbeg he identified DIM as the second, which could be just an arbitrary choice from the list of potential spinouts but form a man who is recounting so much factual information in a short time, I would think has DIM down in his mind as the next challenge in his work stream as it was in some order as he had the same old cash dividend down at the end , for Xmas potentially. This was confirmed at an earlier presentation when he said it was only Poolbeg and DIM that he had full authority on so has the control to make happen without interference.

So my guess is DIM next, and anyone who want to be well endowed with DIM shares will shortly need to have the same number of Open Orphan shares -for at least the time being.

The presentation was only 3 weeks ago ( 20th June ) ...so CFs comment that news is a couple of weeks away, not months is still valid IMO...........I think we should give the guy a break, what he was saying was we are close, very close - which means we must be even closer today.

My theory is that Zoe have been in a trading range of between approx 45p and 60p since mid May, and this is just another bounce off the support at 45p. So until news ( Good, indifferent or bad) expect the SP to go up and down in-between these prices. Depending on the next piece of news - this will dictate whether we break resistance at 60p or go through support at 45p. IMO

DIM is supposed to be the hidden gem in OO so what if someone else wanted it for themselves! They would need to take over the whole OO company just to get that one asset at the moment. No evidence towards this but it is possible, even though not really probable.

Hi Billy. Just an observation. It seems everyone ( including me) assume that each shop take a case of 48 units each per delivery.

Do we have any evidence of this?

There has been claims over the months of seeing extra stock next too, or nearby the counter stands selling Chills and chews according to the images kindly produced bu some, and also outlets selling Chill smokes by the roll . The chew packs take 5 per roll) etc.
Therefore, the 48 units per outlet could be significantly out. Likewise , the three best selling products will be sold out long before the remainder - so when the time to re order each outlet ( depending on what sells best), will take a be spoke re order of plenty of what sells best, and few of the slow movers - so after initial product placement on shelf every re order will be different, any re order may not be a straight re order of a case of 48 but a re order of differing amounts, according to recent sales and any promotions etc .

I still think 48 units is very kick off pack- especially across six differing products because what the shop / Zoe want to identify are the best sellers according to each shop, area, local promotion, local price point, discount offered etc and just knowing at end of month say, that they have sold all eight packs of Chill menthol smoke is not enough info, they need to know that once the space immediately replenished they actually went on to shift 28 units by end of month., not just eight.
There will be some shops that are mega sellers ( may take many cases per re stock) and many others that are more bread and butter low average sellers so i can't see how we can really know how much stock is being placed on shelves, and in store rooms at each delivery.

I think the shops that are mega sellers will be ordering in high numbers , and placing product in store rooms ready for
immediate restock. the low turn over ones will just wait for the natural replenishment cycle.

I have no idea what a shorting attack looks like really, but i imagine it would look something like this. No evidence at all, just an observation..............nothing negative being picked up on social media as far as i can find, so seems unnecessarily brutal and fast. Good support coming up if it drops another penny....so ill rely on this, fingers crossed.

Regarding CF making an announcement, I'm hoping he's got sight of clearance, and will release news in the traditional way, very soon.

Maybe he is not in a position to explain that the news due in a few days statement, has been delayed ( yes, a mistake being so specific, but i do believe he also believed what he was saying at that time). I have no evidence of why this is delayed, but as others have mentioned my gut feeling is they are double checking all contracts that passed through Hand**** office, and probably would not want this process publicised as reflects badly on party.

I can only say what i think and I still trust CF, even with delays.

I get that we are all somewhat frustrated but to be honest I'm just pleased I'm frustrated in OO and not many of the other shares in AIM. As you know they all offer a fantastic story, but often no plan coherent plan to get them to where they say they want to be.
If I may just to turn your post around and put it another way.

If we put any perceived delays aside, as none of us know how complex some of these deals must be and having not received any news to contradict CF future plans . What is it that CF has promised investors that you now feel will not happen in the medium future? And what evidence do you base these observations on. GL Vas.

CF has stated several times live to investors only recently that he will be buying first chance he gets. So unless he wants to do a character assassination on himself, i think there must be some other explanation.

Buy&SELL. Maybe you should read CAR3Y's post again and go steady on the chilling.
