The question you must ask yourself is why did they need to release such an ambiguous business update.....the original intention was quarterly revenue and outlet updates to keep the investors informed... we can't even decide amongst ourselves what the wording means and timescales they relate too.

Surely July's data should not be included in this update but in the next update in September ....but they have included the 1st July amount....they make no further mention of new orders in July.

I would have likes a repeat of the statement " Zoe continue to be profitable " but not mentioned, even though it was a headline from last update.....I think this should be confirmed or corrected.

Chill products stocked in approximately 2,500 multi-state retail outlets is very disappointing, I think many were hoping to have possibly beat their 3,500 target. There is no explanation as to why, they failed to meet the target. Interesting that only yesterday the company announced on social media they had 500 outlets in Florida , yet failed to tell us they were still 1,000 outlets short of target for July. What was that all about! What was their intention.

Whats happened in Europe. We had two deals confirmed last year and now we are told "Actively exploring value-accretive joint venture opportunities in Europe".

As far as "The Group has now received orders for Chill products totalling more than US$2.0 million. This follows previous announcements issued on 17 May 2021 and 1 July 2021 of combined sales totalling US$1.34 million and US$0.72 million respectively." totally gobledgook, meaningless and confusing to most of us.....I think these are the same old orders previously released - if they had received a further $2 million worth of orders since 1st July then that would have been the best news we could have wanted to hear...regardless of the rest of the update ...and everyone, including myself would be admitting they had smashed it... even more so with only 2,500 outlets on line.

I think Zoe are now finally in business, and the meteoric rise to £1 and over on absolutely no revenues is over......its all about confident, steady, quarterly financial progress now....promises, changes, restructuring , new focus etc will be meaningless unless they can demonstrate increasing expansion and sales performance.

In the old days people would buy a share and then wait for it to go up.....it seems today people are waiting for it to go up before they buy the share ...I must be missing something!

There was a separate announcement in this 14th July RNS regarding OO acquisition of CHIMagents.

"Separately, and further to the Company's announcement of 15 July 2020, Open Orphan announces that it has completed its acquisition of CHIMagents Limited. CHIMagents was established to assist in the design, manufacture and testing of challenge agents for use in challenge studies. The CHIMagents team have been working alongside the Open Orphan team since July 2020 supporting the design, manufacture and testing of both new challenge agents and the Company's industry leading portfolio of existing challenge study agents."

I know OO had a three month option to buy CHIM. This was hardly mentioned at the time and i wonder if this is significant for OO going forward or has this news already been taken into account.

Billy I have been reading up on research on CBD on neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's, Huntingdon's, HIV etc and also on the common dementias ( over 106 dementias discovered so far, many rare ) but with dementia there is presently no cure, only Alzheimer's have a drug " donepezil", which may buy you some quality time but will not stop the deterioration overall. The market for anything that could prevent, treat dementia itself , but also many of the terrible symptoms of dementia such as paranoia, anxiety, sleep problems etc as well , and has no side effects is absolutely a massive market world wide. People with a diagnosis will try anything that may help, as there is no cure.

If short of time listen 5 min onwards to 16 min to hear the research being done around no THC CBD on all degenerative disorders but especially dementia . The US government took a patent out 20 years ago to cover this and only recently, with the heightened scientific interests in CBD has it been brought out into the open.

The thing is any CBD ( with NO THC) will provide a preventive dose that protects the brain cells against oxidative stress of brain cells ( just like it does with muscular skeleton degeneration from wear and tear in complaints such as arthritis etc), and stops the protein build up on brain cell plaques that cause dementia and other similar conditions.

I am particularity excited and will look into this a great deal more as i meet many people weekly who have degenerative brain diseases and there is nothing that be offered, let alone a drug that potentially provide prevention of damage to cells for those who are the worried well. This is not being prescribed as far as i know for brain disorders on the NHS ( possibly private, yes).

Anyone who can provide a dementia friendly drug in an easily taken form ( many peeps because of anxiety, paranoia, etc refuse medication in traditional form), so a user friendly form would do very well indeed.

That's excellent news and Smoking cessation as well. Imagine if they won, that would bring their smokes to the attention of all outlets across the country with most wanting to sell the product asap. I recommend that they increase the roll out from 500 per month to 5000 per week for the next few weeks - so they can get as many of those store staff votes as possible.

I did a dummy sell for 30,000 on IG and it offered 51.4 !

If CBD becomes an accepted Halal friendly product in Islamic country's and community's then this will be a further gigantic market. There are several muslin entrepreneurs in UK in the CBD industry for exactly this reason. One good example is in Iraq / Iran it is perfectly acceptable to drink non alcoholic beer...using CBD it may become perfectly acceptable to smoke non tobacco /nicotine smokes or use CBD to aid injury or aid sleep and from what i have read the key component that has to be made fully Halal compliant is the THC content will need to be proven to be O%.

Maybe a quicker way of spreading the word to thousands of peeps who are also hard core potential investors would be to offer all AIM !! BB users the opportunity to buy several packs at a good discount to try for themselves....good chance if they like the product they will buy again, spread the word and buy a few shares. I'm sure a few volunteers could be arranged to spread the word across ALL the boards....

It has nothing to do with projections....from what i see Zoe are way ahead of TAAT at the present time....Zoe have their strategy and TAAT will have their own....they are in direct competition with each other, in the same geographical markets ( US and UK) , with a similar smoke product, TAAT's price point lower......and both are following their own different types of roll outs.......

Thanks Billy. I am pleased someone read the links. There are so many similarity's between these two company's route to market. I know TAAT are way behind Zoe on distribution, differing price point etc etc but both are new company's promoting their new offering that happen to be CBD cigarettes.

Its no coincidence I am sure that Zoetic have chosen Rodeo for their promotional debut and TAAT have Bull Riding!

just as an aside. I have a certificate at home that actually states i am sane. It was given to me by a friend who is a psychiatrist and was given as a birthday gift a few years ago..... not many people can say they have something to prove they are sane. I was more interested on information about how their roll out was progressing as their founder was more open talking about this..... and it was you i think who noticed this market cap difference..., so well done you for reading up further - so it would be a bit disingenuous of me to say that i discovered this gem.

Information about TAAT cigarettes will not frighten investors, information about what is happening withing the CBD cigarette industry is sparse and more astute investors may want to know what is happening " outside of Zoetics RNS and repeated daily on this BB". The only way someone can get goody points here within the "crew" is if they do as they are told, toe the line, don't pose questions or new information, close their eyes and hope for the best.... and listen to advisers such as yourself and a few others...who were ramping and shouting BUY in the 90s and 80s share price.....when most others could see the share price sliding back to todays price........just because someone shouts the loudest doesn't mean they know what they are doing.

I included the fact about their CEO because the conversation prior to that was about BIG Tobacco company's may go on a buying spree but only once Zoe were successful, in a say 3 years time...which is rubbish. Large Tobacco will buy whatever fits their strategies, when ever they want , and more importantly before their competition.
