It looks very impressive and must have cost a fair bit. You would expect SGS to be forward selling these beds for early trial work starting as soon as the building is ready - which is this fall according to the video.
I cant find any recent CHIM contracts signed to this new facility. SGS seem quite open on their news releases and i would imagine will want to advertise new contract as and when they appear.

Jayne it would also explain CF over exuberance despite recent set backs.....if it turns out to be the case then as investors we just need to take advantage of the recent SP, the spin offs and then wait for the final act. I do hope so. GL

I'm just an average investor so can anyone else offer the name of a company that OO have a natural synergy too? One where the history is so interwoven and who's ambitions are similar.......SGS also happen to have the money!

I'm sure deals are done in all sorts of ways and many are probably agreed a year or more ahead.....it may not be probable, but at least it is possible.

Maybe there were no deals done but just conversations between OO and SGS about what SGS would like to see from OO over next 12 months or so....SGS are seriously into HCTs and with the expected wall of money heading in that direction over next decade its quite unbelievable that SGS would not be interested in OO ..buy maybe not with Pollbeg and other assets attached.

From where i am standing OO either have to find new beds fairly fast so they can start booking them up for the next few years to continue to increase growth or they know that they are attractive enough but certain conditions will need to be met so that at a certain time - a certain price will appear for either a merger into SGS or a buy out.

If OO decide they are not for sale then you would expect them to be looking for more beds urgently to fill the expected wave of trials coming their way - so they can take advantage from it and increase revenue market cap etc over the next decade.

Their old facility had twenty beds. Anyone know how many HCT contracts SGS are winning or are involved with at the present time. Are they filling these beds in advance....just trying to weigh up if OO are excelling at winning the contracts or are SGS doing s well or better than OO?

If you can temporarily suspend most of your common sense for a few minutes and hear me out on this.

Just my theory and i have no evidence either than what we all know has happened to OO up until now.

CF has on many occasions talked about making OO a billion dollar company sometime in the not to distant future.
OO will need plenty more space to expand / more beds if they want to commit to more trials in the future, as future trials are booked up 12-18 months in advance - and expansion is their only way to grow - so to grow tomorrow they will need more beds.
CF is selling OOs non core assets , Poolbeg has gone, three more at least to follow maybe within next 6-10 months. This clearing the decks is a well known strategic move before a merger or acquisition.
SGS group and OO have history, many SGS employees now work for OO and SGS still in the Human Challenge Trial space.
SGS is a massively profitable company and capable of buying / merging with OO at anytime - just read how many acquisitions they made in 2021.

SGS have built a new quarantine unit ( i cant find details of this ) but been discussed here providing many more beds for trials in future - even though it seems they do not have the work to fill these beds ( no evidence).

I am starting to think that a friendly merger or acquisition with SGS has already been agreed. These deals can be agreed months and years ahead of them actually occurring. Maybe the sale of OO has already been agreed

Is it possible that OO and SGS have already done the deal in secret and are now working towards several pre set conditions that would need to be dealt with before the deal can go ahead and is announced.
If this is true ( just an idea as I have no evidence) then the merger / or sale price of OO could already be agreed for the deal to go ahead and no one at OO or SGS will care a tuppence what the SP does in between as long as OO clear the decks and hit agreed mile stones before a set time.

This would explain CFs absolute confidence in OO having a far greater Market cap than today either with or without the spin outs.
Anyone have details of the size of SGS new facility i.e beds etc - and do they own it outright? or is it a consortium.

How else can OO expand the number of future trials unless they acquire something ( my understanding is these facility's are hard to come by) or become acquired themselves. Just a thought

Apologies if already posted but the If UK government ( and others) rollout home flu testing kits to millions of people then could this work fall to ODX, or would they have to go through another nine months worth of trials....the tests are the same from the look of it....

I was told that their was a CBD vape out in the UK.

Instantly my thinking was how can they release a new CBD Vape in UK, and Zoe are still waiting to launch their CBD offering.
My search brought up the Total Market Solutions piece , published yesterday. I have no idea how long BAT have had their new CBD vape product out, which is under their VUSE brand out in the UK.
I use VUSE to vape occasionally and had never heard of it or seen it in shops in London. It turns out its only been released for sale on pilot in Manchester, according to the piece and even online Manchester is geofenced so only Manchurians can try it. Interesting that vape CBD has arrived in UK and is being sold.

Anyone know why BAT can sell their new CBD product but Zoe are still waiting. Honest question.

apologies. I take back my last post as miraculously my earlier posts have come back! Although posts have been taken down before though.

As I was saying before someone had my post taken down Zoe gave three RNS updates on Chill rollout in the first quarter ( April, May and June) ..Yet, we are still waiting for one update for the second quarter ( half way through it, already). This at a time when we have never had so many outlets selling product each day .... .All facts, there was no reason to have it taken down. This BB is being controlled by certain individuals whom ensure that only happy positive posts are allowed to remain.....I would take that as a serious red light here, if true.

Yes, final update would be in October but during the first quarter ( April, May and June) Zoe updated its share holders regarding the rollout of the Chill brand in US on the
16th April within a trading update
17th May in a RNS entitled "update on Chill brand orders"
1st July within a business update

It would not go a miss with the current direction of the SP to possibly give its investors a further update on this the second quarter. (even though its not yet October).

Many investors will not buy into the future projections and rollout numbers unless Zoe can confidently demonstrate that they can do it now, and demonstrate the growth using the 2500 outlets already selling the product. i.e demonstrate to the market that they can grow revenue in each quarter and grow reach. Maybe next week.

I was expecting an RNS today with it being six weeks into the second quarterly period, and no mention of new sales / reordering of sales since 1st July - still time for an update at 2pm. Fingers crossed.

Zoe need to demonstrate that they can consistently beat quarterly revenue sales, quarter after quarter.....there are at least 2,500 established shops out there selling product every day that need supplying as well as any new outlets. fingers crossed.

Anyone have any idea how many of these Under $1 m orders OO could have received this past financial year . CF said he would not announce any new contracts unless over $1 m . Its a total unknown really and could add up to a significant surprise at year end. Anyone have an ideas on what type and size of contracts he is referring too...e.g Are OO likely to get many small contracts for just a few hundred grand?

Bear666. That's the name of the game. If you can get OO shares at 20p then fantastic, but even at todays share price this is a fantastic buy and hold over next twelve months....

forgot to addd....Which points to September along with the Interim results as a possible launch pad for the share price....
