Well we all know John Story has taken 5,500,000 conversion shares and all he needs to do now is wait until next April 22 before he can cash them in, unless the SP hits and remains at £4.80p for ten consecutive days between now and then where he will be able to cash them in earlier.

So the message from John Story and the company is that CHILL will have a share price of at least £4.80 or above by April 22 .
The message from the consultant is he will make a profit on anything over a share price of 60p in the next three years.
The hope from Chill investors is that the share price actually starts to go up sometime in the next year.

Whats will be needed soon is some kind of validation that these numbers could be hit soon. The next quarterly stats should show the progress made to date and confirm real revenue growth going forward to support such lofty share price increase.

What surprises me is with so many employees involved ODX and suppliers etc we haven't had a few popping in here to say hello ...giving us a heads up on whats being manufactured there at present and a few other snippets.. trouble is its usually sods law its the ones with a grievance who turn up !

Whats is appearing now and is a worry is that there are thousands of people ( a large significant percentage ) of the UK population who have had two jabs, they feel and act more confident thinking that they have a level of protection- but its only once you have a blood test presently from GP to determine what level your antibody count is , they learn they have absolutely no antibody's, or low count and therefore no protection. The vaccines do not work on everyone.
On top of this if people do get antibody's from the Covid virus itself or the 2 x jabs the scientists are still unsure how long immunity may last, and it is looking likely its variable from person to person..

Imagine this situation across the world, once more and more people are vaccinated, the next big question that everyone will be asking themselves as the months roll on is ......am i still protected, are my antibody's still there in sufficient numbers. Therefore an antibody test that gives your antibody status, and level is what the world will require in large numbers imo.

read this as its quite alarming as Israel are ahead of the curve compared to most other country's.

If they start shouting ultimatums at this stage then they will have to be prepared to follow them through and walk away.
Is it really worth it now? at this stage. They will also have the reputation of the company that broke an agreement and contract- not the best rep to have.
The first and most obvious repercussion If Omega walk away from any government contract would probably be that the government would wan't their equipment back! Then its all down to the small print, i would think. I guess at worst there would be fines to pay if they break the UK government agreement ( if there actually is one) but it may be worth paying that price for independence, depends on the amount.

Punter1. If they sold today at 42p then their net worth would be £50,000 minus any liability's and debts. If they sold tomorrow then it might worth less or more. If you think you can hide your net worth from the tax man by investing in shares I think you are mistaken.

Luckily i was blesse with a very large nose, so big in fact you could secure a bic pen to it with a rubber band and some blue tac.

Colouring in, I always found difficult, especially big landscape pictures as it often gave me neck problems, dizzy spells and my glasses would fly across the room. I had to give it in the end, doctors orders . He said my pictures were crap.
