As I understand UJO is a partner in the WN licence, not Rathlin.
UJO has a 16.665% direct interest.
This means any deal between Rathlin & RBD will not effect UJO's share in the project.

Have we had any contact or feedback from David Bramhill since this RBD revelation? I assume some of you are close to David and perhaps have his personal contact details.
Sorry if I missed this in amongst the 100’s of posts. I see it as being very positive for us. We sit back and let RBD take more risk but at the same time catapult us & WN forward. And then we are only a month away from Wessel news as well. So could be a good XMAS for those hanging onto David’s shirt tails.

The numbers are looking great imo.
Net debt of $51m to net cash in 9 months and zero debt by June 2021.
At $1500 gold our EBITDA next year will be circa $85m (costs $850 per oz).
That's not far short of our Mkt Cap.
This is going to re-rate big time imo if those numbers are delivered.
Plus a lot of other accretive things going on.

I’m pleased to hear you’re on my wave length re the Gantt chart. We must just keep the pressure on. I suspect there are a number of rabbits which could engineer an early re-rate.
For example:
1. High grade discovery at Salinbas
2. Salinbas PFS which demands a more realistic asset valuation
3. Accretive Cyprus investment.
4. Gold & Silver continue to re-rate strongly.
5. New heavyweight partner joins us to develop Salinbas.
6. Resource & Reserve at Kiziltepe exceed expectations and lengthen life of mine considerable.
7. Tavsan revised/updated PFS with an existing IRR of 80% exceeds expectations.
Looking at that amazing list it isn’t hard to see the share price being significantly different to the one today over the next 1 to 3 years. Not trying to ramp, just setting out some real possibilities. I think Institutional Investors coming onboard will also help. Good luck to us all.

I'm trying to locate the spread sheet you Kindly shared with us back in July I think. How do I find it?
Perhaps you would prefer to hold off sharing it again until the Q3 numbers are released hopefully next week.
It would be great if we could have you new take on the Co. especially now we have more info on the Shira Working Capital facility and timing of Tavsan. I see you also aim to have a go at a cashflow forecast, which will be very interesting given all the exciting drill programmes etc. Cheers
