Q4 & FULL YEAR 2019 PRELIMINARY PRODUCTION RESULTS should be out around 14th January based on last year. They should be good and again make our Mkt Cap look very silly especially as 90% of the Capex loan will be cleared.
And what is the chance of our new suitor completing its Due Diligence, liking what it’s sees and deciding to bid for the whole Co.? Why couldn’t they just buy our services rather than have us & Proccea at their Board room table. If they are as big as said, then surely they must consider this option. What would we consider a fair price. 10p per share perhaps? It feels to me very strange to me right now. As though we are in a parallel, unreal world, right of the cusps of a transformation. Not long to see how things play out.

Shouldn't we focus on Wressel Planning Approval for now? Is it really imminent or will this be delayed?

Bit surprised we went down today given the conclusion of the Red Rabbit extensive drill programme. Got to look forward now to an updated resource and extended life of mine early in the new year. That’s the news that should drive value. Hopefully that will then be followed by a new mine plan and new reserve. There was nothing today that should have done anything else than add value. Weird.

On the face of it there are lots of positive aspects to this proposed MoU.
1. A JV partner potentially prepared to give us in cash our market capitalisation whilst allowing using to retain 23.5% of the business.
2. Short term monetisation. Some who have held for years will appreciate this even if it means reduced revenue for the foreseeable future.
3. Potential for accelerated growth and asset monetisation.
4. Potential to raise our profile and attract Institutional support.
Shareholders will be asked to vote on the deal and will therefore be provided idc with much more detail. Perhaps this week we will get the drill results from Red Rabbit which is hopefully leading towards understanding underground mine potential, a bigger reserve and extended life of mine. By the end of February I suspect the landscape here will be quite different. Best to wait and see what transpires imo. Good luck.

To be fair I think your hefty selling has taken the wind out of Ariana’s sails. In an illiquid stock this amount of constant selling took away any benefit we had initially from the surprise, potentially transformational news. So as someone said it isn’t really surprising the market appears not to like it, just that that isn’t really a true reflection, as it is skewed to one big seller and perhaps that created other small holders to also jump ship. I’m not saying we should necessarily come to a final decision yet, but for now perhaps hold fire thinking carefully about the questions we want answers too and wait for further details once DD is concluded. Kerim has done right by the Co. historically and on that basis alone I feel we should give him the benefit of the doubt during this interim period.

Good post strangerstill. Nicely put. Based on our current understanding, I think that summarises it very well.

Someone on ADVFN asking if our new mystery partner could be KAYI? Impossible to tell at this stage but they do seem to have a diversifying strategy.

I didn’t realise it was that easy to drill and work on Salinbas in December. Surely Proccea trust us!
Anyway bit of free drilling and confirmatory work can’t be bad. But perhaps the results don’t need to be shared with shareholders. The big take for me is the sense of urgency and the “let’s do it”. Moving up a gear.

Thanks John. As I said in my post “I suspect we will need to see the full tri-parite contract before we can draw definitive conclusions”, so on that basis I think we are aligned. Let’s wait and see what transpired after full due diligence has been completed by all parties.

It is interesting to see how this new third party has valued us . They say buy when cheap and sell when expensive. If ever there was a valuation disconnect it is surely now. I wonder if we will see more appetite to invest once the General election is out of the way.

Don’t forget also that this quarter, finishing end of Dec., will see another solid performance with the 50/50 JV. And the Capex facility will be 90 % cleared. So Jan. & Feb. still within the current JV will throw off even more cash as loan repayments will reduce significantly. There should be quite a bit of cash in our coffers by the time we have to vote on the new JV. Value will out!
