Of course another suitor could make an outright bid. A bidding war would be heaven for shareholders. I don’t discount anything at this stage knowing the DD on the most prospective bit has been completed (Salinbas etc) and had the tick of approval. Otherwise why would they continue to now evaluate Red Rabbit? Exciting times. Don’t underestimate the potential here.

I just wonder if other suitors are watching on the sidelines. Having the due diligence done independently to this depth perhaps means others will be reassured enough to make an auspicious bid. I can’t believe that other potential suitors won’t be watching this like a hawk. With gold where it is and advancing and Ariana profitable and basically debt free with numerous exploration and development potential what’s not to like. Especially given our current soft valuation

Surely the purchase price must go up now as we will have more cash in the bank and lower debt (Capex cleared in April) plus those recent upgraded Tavsan results and whatever else might be released in the interim. I’m liking it.

I wonder ASH if the original wording was perhaps a bit loose implying shareholder approval by end of February. What it meant was shareholder notification of the proposed final Agreement by end of February. I assume they will want it all done this side of April 5th if there is going to be a pay-out. We will see. Whatever, it won't be much different (few weeks maximum) if say the shareholders meeting is early/mid March. I'm happy with that. Don't want them to rush this as it is so critical to our future success.

Basically I think we should hear something on the Agreement between now and the end of Feb.
Quarterlies should come next week.
There is other news due this quarter as well of course.

I've looked back through my notes and see that I recorded that following a chat I had with Michael on 9th January, that the target was to conclude Due Diligance by the end of January. Then they iron out and agree the definitive Agreement by hopefully 29th February. This will then be put to shareholders to ratify at a General Meeting, which presumably will be held in March. If the D.D. process has been completed end of Jan. as planned, and we haven't heard anything, then I think we can safely assume therefore that that part of the process has gone to plan without any hic-ups.

Two of the directors here are ex founder directors of Ariana (AAU). Interesting therefore that ALS is getting capitalised (La Mancha) to advance its projects similar to the potential deal from an unknown JV suitor at AAU (subject to a MofU current). Both potentially transformational. Both under the radar. Both looking very strong imo over the next 5 years. DYOR.

The Chairman, Michael de Villiers, is back from attending the 121 Mining Conference in Cape Town on Tuesday 11th., so perhaps post that we will get some news. Expectations of Due Diligence results, finalised Agreement and of course Quarterlies all adding to the excitement and buying pressure. Very positive time to be invested in Ariana Resources imo.

My wife has high cholesterol and rather than take Statins she is thinking of trying CholmBiome x3. What is the feedback on this product? Would love to hear from anyone who has tried it as an alternative to statins. Thanks.

How many actually hope to attend the General Meeting (not yet announced of course) to hear them present on the proposed deal and then vote in person to ratify the decision, or otherwise? Should be an interesting General Meeting. Presumably the new Conglomerate and Proccea will also be present. Could be end of February or early March I guess. I certainly hope to attend.

According to the Hargreaves Lansdown site, Ariana is the fourth most viewed share today behind Lloyds, Shell & BT. Amazing or what!!! Are we no longer under the radar? Is there a wedge of money waiting to be invested?

Well done Dan, that is a great guidance & 5 year plan. Nice hints in there as well of perhaps future dividend strategy. All is set fair for a very cash generative operation which will reward investors handsomely imo particularly from the current silly valuation. Good stuff. Happy to be invested.

That’s a good question Ash, as clearly not that easy to get the deal right in terms of balance and fairness. I hope they have received independent “expert” advice. I agree that the numbers currently appear on the soft side and I hope that when we get the full details there will be a sweetener or improvement somehow in the package. Might be wishful thinking though, but given the diverse shareholder base (not a few Institutions) it will prove more difficult to get a consensus vote. They must be aware of that hurdle.
