Each morning from now on I will be eagerly waiting and watching for the all important Deal news. Surely can’t be far away now. Exciting times. Good luck everyone.

Still waiting for my withheld dividend tax but hope no news is good news. Just got to exercise patience. I wrote to Co. about it saying it must put investors off & could they look for solutions for the future, but again no reply. Perhaps more should be encouraged to write and express their feelings. I’m aware of all the future cash due to be paid to us over the next 12 months and I assume we’ll get another payout before Xmas. Does anyone know roughly the next expected dividend date please? Good luck.

I believe Michael & Kerim are back from holiday this week so time to get things moving. As you say AGM not far away and Deal news hopefully plus potentially a lot more in shortish order.

I agree it looked a strong but day with the buy price holding strong. Not sure about Chablis to Champagne. They are both expensive especially top growths . More Blue Nun to Champagne perhaps .

Now our Market Cap. is £50m perhaps we will be on the watch list of Institutional Investors. But no way to buy in other than open market which they will be reluctant to do of course.

Missed out that they are pretty well debt free and of course the Deal looks transformational in terms of accelerating the great potential in the Hot Gold Corridor.

Where do I start?
Firstly Mgmt - have delivered what they promised. They have "skin in the game". And find the gold at one of the lowest cost per oz - c. $15/oz.
Proccea who operate the Kiziltepe mine are a class act. Never had any production problems. Costs in the lowest quartile.
Well diversified and that is widening. West & East Turkey & Cyprus.
Mineral diversification - Gold silver and potential copper (Cyprus ) plus others from Salinbas.
Hugh potential - Salinbas as you have seen today plus Cyprus and will will have cash to invest in other projects once deal is finalised.
D.D. by a major Conglomerate confirms everything is as stated.
You won't find many like Ariana but my main reason for being overweight is the honesty and straightforwardness of Kerim & his team.

From a colleague of mine:
The polymetallic potential at Salinbas. It's the news we were all interested in, almost more than any other. We shouldn't underestimate the value of molybdenum which I believe hovers around $27,000/t and one usually only needs a tiny percentage per ton for it to be very valuable in a polymetallic context.

What's the thinking here? Yield getting stronger. Dividend intact?

Sorry I haven't researched those Co's. I hold Starvest (SVE) which gives me exposure to GGP and of course AAU, and a few others.
I'm happy to say that I consider AAU to be great value and one if not the safest plays in this sector. That's enough for me.

A case of under promising & over delivering for sure. This news will surely haven taken the market by surprise. We are a lot further ahead than was thought.

So what is the Salinbas new Resource estimate going to show? It was interesting to hear Kerim talk about this in the interview with Andrew. I don't think many were expecting this given our drilling concluded mid last year. We thought Salinbas was on hold till drilling restarts in Q2 - 2021. But they have used the D.D. drilling. The Resource is already pretty sexy, but could this provide a nice uplift. Will it effect the deal? Also his comments on International interest in the region might be a teaser? On the other hand Tavsan has slipped a bit but between now and Christmas there should still be lots of really important news. E.I.A. plus Feasibility Study, Finance, Permits, Land purchases, Strategic Investment status etc. etc.
And then what is this U/G deep extensions at Kiziltepe going to reveal? Kerim hinted at some tasty grades at the near surface drilling at Arzu South/North. Hang on tight in my opinion. Lets see what else we find out tomorrow from the webinar.
