Hi S.I. John, Paul & all the others.
I'm still around but not posting often. Want to see how the J.V. plays out, but in my experience if a small cap brings in a big player the results are often subsequently very satisfactory. Look at ITM Power (Linde) Ceres, ( Weichai, Bosch etc.) Scancell (Vulpes), AFC (De Nora etc) Power House Energy (Peel) , Greatland Gold (Newcrest) and so on.
I'm looking forward to the much delayed pay-out but I tend to think that is going to be too big. I would prefer more money to stay in the business if I'm honest. Like a number on ADVFN and no doubt here, I still have great respect for Dr. Kerim Señor who is one of the few decent guys who I trust ion AIM. But the Co's handling of communication, especially recently has been dismal and I really feel that has to be addressed. I also want to see the Gantt chart brought back so we can see clearly and especially for prospective investors, all the projects on one piece of paper with milestones and a timetable. I don't understand what Yellow Jersey do for their money and I would probably sack them unless I can be convinced of their added value.
Once we get the Turkish permit to proceed, hopefully this month, I really want to see Ariana start to up their game and address the current undervaluation. Anyway keep up the good work everyone and here's looking forward to a great 2021. Stay safe

Being no expert is it possible that the Covid-19 vaccine Scancell is developing could be more effective than the current ones given its T cell design.
In particular could it provide an answer to the South African strain which current vaccines can't?
If this becomes the proven case the value of the Scancell vaccine would surely go through the roof.

2021 - The year of a Special Dividend, renewed drilling and exploration at Salinbas, Red Rabbit (Kiziltepe & Tavsan) and Cyprus.
Up over 100% in 2020; I reckon we can easily match that in 2021.

Thanks Sipptrader - I knew that but in my excitement forgot to add that important aspect. Of course we will only own 23.5% of our Hot Gold Corridor assets if the deal is ratified tomorrow, but will have a large chunk of cash sitting in our Bank Account of course, 50% of which alter fees and taxes will be paid to us as shareholders. Happy New year.

We also have 2.7m oz exploration target which is in addition to the 1.5m Resource, of which 35% is Measured & Indicated from memory. That’s having hardly scratched the surface. Hizarliyayla for example, which lies c. 10 kilometres north of Hot Maden, hasn’t been drilled yet There is so much to discover yet. Hopefully 2021 will see some startling results. Look at what happened when GGP brought Newcrest on board and so far have a 4.2m oz Resource. They are valued 26 times more than us!

Not really. A lot of those sells are in fact buys. Look at the prices.

I pretty confident the RNS will be out on Monday. Following that we need to contact our Nominee Co's to register how we want to vote. With so little time before the General Meeting and Christmas in-between, this is going to be really important. I doubt the Nominee Co's will bother to tell you that a vote is needed.
I wonder how people feel here? Are the majority in favour? Perhaps as has been suggested, the Co. will undertake a Q & A during this period so people like ASH can raise their questions.
For me after 12 months of procrastination, I just want to get the deal done, and for the Co. to move on at speed in all directions.
1. Get the second mine at Tavsan into production.
2. Get a second Ball Mill at Kiziltepe and increase production
3. Extend the Resource and Life of Mine at Kiziltepe.
4. Start drilling in Ernest at Salinbas
5. Do further exploration in Cyprus
Etc. Let's get going, up our communication game and start to really create value.

Thats a good article. Thank you. It tells us there are a lot of hurdles yet to surmount and production is still years away, so perhaps we should be tempering our excitement in line with the Brokers?

I'm positive. If you look at other companies like Ceres Power, ITM Power, Greatland Gold (up 36,000% over 5 years or of that order!) to name just three and see what happens once they bring in a big partner I'll think it might convince you it is the way to go. Ariana (Kerim) have always at heart been an Exploration & Development Co. This move allows all parties to play to their strengths to create value. But especially so for Ariana with so many highly prospective prospects to exploit. Through the J.V. the Hot Gold Corridor, Red Rabbit and Tavsan and on their own Cyprus (earn in to Venus) and possible yet unknown new opportunities. I know Kerim & his geologist team are really excited about Salinbas and Cyprus. Ozaltin have made a large investment and they will want a speedy return on their capital. So this means in my mind things should move forward quickly .
I would probably pay out less out to shareholders, but perhaps those who feel like that will just buy more shares. Hope that helps. I post mainly on ADVFN these days. I don't like the new chat structure here anymore. Good luck everyone on LSE.
