If the BoD do believe that they have every chance of winning/resolving dhsc in Nova's favour and they then expect to get the additional money, plus interest, plus damages, costs etc...

You could almost double Nova's current 89 mil in bank? to nigh on 180+ million CASH in bank, with as you say little overhead at present?

Therefore, is this radio silence, a deliberate tactic, to actually to remove as many PI's as possible, forcing them to sell as cant afford to wait/gamble?

At the same time, detracting II's attention, as they dont really want to allow them enough information, to properly invest?

Could it be if numbers are reduced enough, then they could then do huge by back, at far less than true market value (as they are keeping value low) to take control, back in house?

Meaning next AGM voting, could be crucial to protecting those who still hold? Just a thought?

Time to retire to somewhere quieter maybe... hence my question...

and if you want a chance, to recover some or at least a reasonable amount, of your investment, then maybe bang the POSITIVTY drum, a little more than than banging the negative one?

Personally, I think this is now a three horse race, imo

1. There is an offer subject to dhsc resolution, but with Nda, hence silence / no update, which makes me think it is a financial institution, who want it for as low an sp as poss! Although I hope for a major pharma?
2. BoD are totally useless and just “lifestyling” until 90 mil is exhausted
3. The BoD know more about dhsc, than letting on, so are confident another 80 mil is eventually topping up the 89 mil and only then will they look to acquire Co’s ? Knowing Lifestyle wont be compromised!

So, not an honourable bunch to say the least imo, so much for looking after shareholders best interests..
