Im not sure who it was, but someone said recently maybe they just have nothing to say, but they did say “we believe we have strong grounds to enforce the contract” by rns?

We all know the BoD should be acting in the shareholders best interests at ALL times & any information, good or bad that is sp affective, must be released, to investors & the wider audience, as soon as reasonably possible!

That is why I hold, until dhsc dispute is sorted & of course the next agm (where there is no reason, not to allow shareholders to attend) no more zoom crap!

If one or the other nova/dhsc, has a winning hand so to speak, imo this wont make 2024, because costs / interest / damages etc, could potentially make it far cheaper to settle early?

5% would be just over 2 mil, 10% just over 4 mil, that would be a lot of voting weight?
