my POINT was, they havent stated they are going to loose, dhsc dispute, yet? So, there must be alternative agenda's ie remove as many PI's as poss, simply stay in position taking as much as poss, until removed... ?

But what they are not doing is looking after shareholder's best interests, and I dont see anyone screaming at Fca what the hell is going on, just moaning here, which you have mentioned time and again, moaning here wont affect anything?

If that were the case, surely awarding a pay rise, would not be in the Co's best interest, or indeed its investors? And seen as a bad decision by the Fca or whichever body monitors such misgivings, furthermore, would the rns having taken advice, " we believe we have strong grounds" to enforce the contract?

Plus, if the dhsc were so sure, why wait, why not push, as whoever loses is also going to get a hefty legal bill? Winner wont care, if they are sure, so Nova must be quietly confident ???

What we also know…

The BoD released an Rns stating after taking advice, they believe the Company has “strong grounds” to assert its contractual rights.

There are a limited number of posters who constantly berate/belittle, the Company and those that are positive?

There is still around 87 million in bank

There is a potential for a similar or larger (with interest & compensation) sum, due after or indeed before the court case?

So the only questions I would ask are…

Why (after literally years) are there those who continually berate

Why are the BoD not supporting shareholders & sp with some kind of “regular & positive” PR

Why does each Rns usually have a twist!

Why did we even bother with DA

Is there an under lying agenda, to remove PI’s & if so why?!

What are we not being told….

Not attention seeking, concerned about a sizeable investment, which from where Im standing
BoD are not looking after my (our) investment!

In a nutshell, I dont see this as so much of a risk, as many do, until the result of the Dhsc is actually shown as negative , as they did state by way of rns, we have strong grounds to assert our contract? So, imo it must be close to factual, or someone's for the chopping block!

Pushed or jumped, if I had a guaranteed 10 mil, Id probably have jumped as well or indeed allowed myself to be pushed? But, his desire to achieve his LTIP, was shall we say enthusiastic, were as Turnip man's was more of a damp squib? Deliberate or just his way?

We will never know? But, if JW is as sharp as Kaeren suggests, then I would ask, "what dont we know" ? Because, is he just settling for the 87 + whats to come and push the salary and bonuses up year on year or does he really want a mid cap and perhaps an instant 7 figure salary for his shrewdness?

One things for sure, if like VAL it went from 60p ish to a penny, before starting its climb back (although Val has fallen yet again), I could see a few PI's taking a plunge into the millions of shares and just sit back and wait?

Because as sure as eggs are eggs, more and more will now require diagnostics and testing as time goes on and with a great deal of patience, a severe bagger could reappear? Who knows!

But, I would like to chat to like minded holders, before agam, if anyone is interested, if not to agree, maybe to align, our efforts for the best return?

Which is gained from the previous Agms' that I have attended personally.

In that it is mostly larger quantity shareholders, whom attend, so that they can, see for themselves, the BoD reactions and body language, listen ask questions, etc and indeed vote accordingly, based on how they interpret responses etc ?

The last Zoom Agm, Imo, was the reason the vote went with them, that and probably because of the furore of the merger/takeover rumours at the time?

Furthermore, if JW is so bloody brilliant and supposedly calls the shots, why did he get rid of a winning CEO, in GM and replace him with what turned out to be Turnip! who cost many shareholders a lot of money whilst pocketing at least 300K

And then did did sod all about improving Nova and indeed keeping us updated!

All this smoke and mirrors and occasional Tweets, is well pathetic, for a Co, that at one point had over 100 million in the bank and "very good grounds, to enforce the contract" on a further 80+ million, from the Dhsc?

Why wait, why not take the fight to Dhsc and make them pay, all this waiting and sp degradation, is due to the BoD doing close to sod all over 2 years! Other than giving themselves a pay rise!

Imo it would only take a few larger shareholders to go to this next agm, have a chat over coffee and perhaps fire some warning shots and indeed block any pay rise, any bonuses, etc.

As from where Im sitting, I dont see anyone worth what they are getting paid! At present!

City imo have always gotten great rewards, for doing very little and always gambling with "other people's money" well, in the case of Nova, some of it is mine!

So, is it not reasonable to expect, more than we have had this last 12/24 months...

Not that I agree with PI100 in the slightest about the "quantity" of his constant totally negative posts ! But, every time you feel the sp has just bottomed out, it goes just that little bit lower! If it carries on at this rate, I and my alter ego, wbafc, will be able to buy enough, to vote against it all ourselves lol

Its not the money, its the every decreasing circle of news, to nigh on sod all and not a peep from this so called Brilliant Careered, "SILENT" Chairman and Board...

So, no im not as impressed as others, sorry and if any like minded holders, care to meet up to discuss voting, "at any point before the next agm" I would be interested to have that coffee, beer, etc.

One last question, do you really think it is professional, to see most of the important info, coming out, come from PI's and not the Board of Directors, who are SUPPOSED be acting in the best interest of their shareholders/investors?
