Duty of care...11 Apr 2023 09:35
Can someone confirm, that if a Company "knows" or even suspects, of information, (like the court case against the Dhsc), is less of chance of winning, than their rns portrays? That there is a "duty of care" to inform the market, shareholder's etc asap?
Which obviously to date, they have "Not Done" with only, the "we believe we have Strong Grounds to assert the contract" in our favour....
So, WHY, do the BoD remain so quiet and frankly deathly silent, about promoting the Company and the winning of the dispute, and every good thing that they can rns, as even any minuscule bit of positivity, would help to return the sp, to at least cash in the bank?
What is it, that they know, that we dont?
As after a long weekend of reflection, I am begining to wonder, "what they are not telling us" as opposed to what they have to date?
Personally, I think it is set up for something, just as soon as dispute is concluded (one way or the other) but frankly the lack of openness, imo stinks!
Hence, I am fast becoming wary of said BoD!
IMO, anything other than an open AGM, with a frank and honest Q&A session, will confirm they are up to something (probably no good)! Well good for them, maybe not so, for us?
Holding still, but only because it isnt worth cashing in! Feeling extremely let down currently and so, will most definitely be voting against as many of the resolutions as required, this time! Starting with any pay requests!
nb: Plus Im fast catching up with WBAFC, so between us, we should make some difference, to voting, especially if others are of a like mind?
#thisCohastoimprove - in many areas - #communication #postivePR #openess #seeing, that they are putting PI interests above their own? #sp recovery to cash at least and indeed beyond! As they are doing a **** poor job so far! Pretty certain some PI's could do better!

Right better things to do, than watch this share languish and drip down, with zero support from BoD!
