If you know (having taken legal advice) that your contract is good and your supply method correct, and your product fit for purpose, you would not walk away from 80+ million and indeed compensation / damages, for all the Dhsc have caused, by challenging without warrant?

So, I agree they must know they are going to or have an excellent chance to succeed and lets face it, Gov/Dhsc are burning what has been a very helpful bridge in times gone by, with the rest of the world, seeing the capabilities?

My only concern, is the lack of support of sp, is that the more PI's cave in and sell, the more someone can buy in at these rates, so that when it is all resolved, "someone" can make a killing, yes you could call it insider dealing, but to prove it, might be very difficult and lets face it, the Tory Gov, are not setting a good example? #greedygovernment

That or the BoD do want it all for themselves? Is that even possible, without a vote?

Ok, so assuming in xyz months, this dhsc gets resolved and for arguments sake, lets say it goes in our favour and resolves a little earlier than court date? Say Dec 23/Jan 24 for arguments sake.

Putting another 80+ million into the coffers, in what 7/8 months time? How do you see sp reacting with 150 mil ish in bank, no debt and a host of tests portfolio?

What price sp at that point ? In your opinion ?

Cap, they managed to get on to the BoD and get a healthy 250k+ a year!

With respect HC, the BoD could have easily played this far more positively, regarding info release and wording of certain rns's.

They could have also, be "more open" and inviting to enthuse investors, that they indeed mean business, to move the Co forward, for the benefit of ALL?

But, all we get is silence and distance and avoidance? Not a strong spine among them!

And imo, and it is just an opinion, they know more than they are letting on and until that info comes out, we wait, as we wait for the dhsc conclusion.

I for one, wont be going anywhere, until I see answers, that are plausible, to justify the way in which they are behaving and as you say, high sal, no commitment, no wonder everyone wants directorships of AIM Co's!

An open agm, would have allowed many to attend and "look at the body language" of the BoD, when asked questions, they were not prepared for...

Only waiting on dhsc conclusion, to see if we can get some sort of sp semblance to value of cash in bank after it, (assuming it goes in our favour) not because I believe in them any longer!

I cant see BoD having enough to simply push it through, and dictate to the rest of us?

Plus with it split into UK and EU (France) might make it even more complicated and French certainly like to make a fuss, about most things :)

as for employee's having got rid of quite a few, not as yet engaged at new CEO and applied for a rise in the agm resolutions, yep... not ideal imo :(

No, disagree, as even with 86 mil in bank, and a potential another 80+ mil from Dhsc... which I feel they will come out on top, means we should at least we worth cash in bank with a consideration for possible more cash to come?

It like someone wants every one to quit, hoover up all the shares and then "Hey Presto" we have an out of court settlement, for say 80 mil oh and a contract to supply to XYZ and boom, back at ten quid with whomever making an absolute fortune, at the cost of the "mushrooms" (because thats what we are at present) the BoD have failed miserably to protect to any professional degree? imo dyor & also imo you are wrong?
