The dissent isnt about the resolutions per say, it is about the pathetic (deliberate I think), way the BoD ignore the sp demise, then make appalling decisions, apply for salary raises and self preservation, yet issue, the poorest of rns communications etc imo. #Itsalloneway imo

Is it actually legal, to ask/suggest, shareholders, votes early, then if said votes, dont go the way you want, cancel/postpone agm, again and again? Its like you cant sack me, if I keep delaying the meeting? Just curious, to know if there is a time period or amount of times, it can be done, until the vote is recognised?
